This is so gorgeous, OMG! Honestly I don't know why so many hairdressers put down the chunky highlight trend from the 90s and 2000s. I had highlights about 5 years ago and I was so confused. I just ended up with a blended blond look which looked so bad on me. I thought that highlights meant a stripey look. I guess you can tell how old I am. I think some of us look better with that high contrast look. At least its not a perm like in the 80s (which I also had, lol).
Girl don't mention the perms from the 90s. Lol. My grandma did ours all the time. And used the pull thru cap to frost it. Lmao!

Lol that face she made everytime she mentioned how naturally dark the clients hair is. Precisely why I never get highlights lol. I’m a natural level 2 as well

@@akl3056 yes even if it fades, the chemicals are still existing. It never fades all the way, it's probably still stained

Yes. Her hair is naturally very dark. When she came in the first time , it was virgin. So the last few times we've been touching it up.

Hello! Oh man..... blonde me lifts really fast. Blonde solutions is amazing but from my experience, takes almost double. It says to let process the full hour. It really is much much longer. But beautiful toning results.

You know what I did... I bought a couple mannequin heads online, I have all the professional products at home, and I just watch a ton of youtube videos, and tutorials, and started practicing on the dolls, and now I have touched up my own highlights all by myself, which is CRAZY cuz my hair is level 2 like, SUPER HARD to lift, and it took a few sessions cuz I'm really slow at foiling and weaving, but i drove my stylist crazy with my picky issues, and I didn't want to look for someone new to torture, so I figured, best to learn for myself!! My stylist keeps praising me on what I've achieved!

Yes, teasing basically.. it helps blend harsh lines that can occur, weaving alone won't help....

Yes, just a bit of 30
So you don't worry that the -21 could grab too ash on her blonde hairline? I always get nervous it's going to loose it's brightness.
I usually add some warmth to the formula unless they lift kind of warm or apply to hairline last
Does this contain bleach? Also, is it very high maintenance?
Yes. Has to be bleached to get this light. Kind of high maintenance
Do you think this same results could be achieved using Blondme?
Yes and no..... I've actually done her first service with BlondeMe, I have a video of it you can find. Blonde solutions is much more icy of a lift tho.
hi! this may come off random but i want to do this highlighting technique but also with a hair color job. I was wondering, is it okay to wash both the hair color and the bleach out at the same time? will the hair dye bleed onto the bleached highlights? thank u so much!
No you should be fine, it's not on long enough while washing to penetrate. However be careful with reds! They stain blondes pink

😅it’s not so dark, I guess u haven’t seen dark black hair.
Her hair is a level 2. That’s one level above the darkest. Just because her hair isn’t showing through on camera with light reflection doesn’t mean it’s not dark. 🤷🏼♀️
