Depends on what you mean. Physically changing your direction (I.e the way your body is facing) is simple. And if given enough force, you can literally move the opposite way before that force was applied (such as Cloud flying back when he impacted with Sephiroth's sword (Albeit Square gave a little leeway with that one as he didn't exactly counter which would have been the appropriate force given his strength). most of the aerial stuff depicted in Advent Children can actually be done IRL

In the anime version of the fight you can see the start of Mako poisoning in his eyes. After that he's exposed to it again when being tested on by Hojo. He's officially gone through the mako exposure levels of a soldier but was never given a rank.

Cloud is tight, but so is Sephiroth. Who you like better is probably just a matter of taste. I do not think Sephiroth was a 'bad' guy, he just learned that he was a puppet whose true parent was killed by his makers - that would piss me off too. Besides, he likely reasoned if he didn't use the world to make a heaven Shinra would just destroy it without point. Granted, not a fun thing for the people of the world either way but hey - they weren't doing anything any how :). Great job in the video!
@THElastOFtheMEXICANS I did, and I found three Sephiroth's "Shall I give you Dis Pear?" Images and one with Sephiroth selling pears to Cloud with the sign that says "Fruitphiroth". I actually laughed on that one! lol ^^ The beauty part with that image is Sephiroth giving an Evil Smile and Cloud is all "...Huh...?" lol ^^
