I am a Canadian citizen and enjoy watching your videos. I do love to learn about guns in general and enjoyed the videos about military surplas guns especially. The gun registry here was the biggest waste of money ever, the registry ate up a billion dollars a year and did zero to curb crime. It made buying or trading guns difficult and the websites kept crashing etc... The money could have been better spent on fighting crime and making it more difficult for CRIMINALS to obtain guns and ammo.

Here in 2021, it’s gotten worse. The difference now is there’s nothing available in 2013, theres ammo available today, but 5.56 is $.80-1.00/rd, 9mm $.70/rd, 22LR is $100/brick.

We threw all of our gifts and abilities away for toys, money, and a total superficial nature. What amazes me is that you can actually feel it now, you can feel in the air just how awful existing in this day and age is. I know this isn't just from growing up because uncle's/aunt's, grandfathers/grandmothers, and even young people feel it as well. You can feel and taste and breathe just how soulless the United States is, and most any modern age person you run into. There are still good people left in the world, one's with common sense, but the ratio is cripplingly low.
We went past the point of no return decades ago, and there is absolutely no hope of fixing it now. The only fix is destruction and the hope of a newer and better species starting over. Who ever said that humanity had to, or was destined to succeed at existing and staying stable forever? It is just like a civilization game, if you don't focus on what is most important from the beginning and keep your civilization on the right track, then you will lose and your society will fall.

It is a small lever/"button" on some fixed magazine weapons which can most easily be activated or "pushed" with the tip of an unfired round. The "button" allows the fixed magazine to be detached from the weapon (and possibly replaced with another loaded magazine.)

Great video, guys, and great information in the about section. I wrote my Representative last week and my two US Senators today. I stated in the letters that if they compromise our Second Amendment rights, they will lose my vote. Thankfully, here in Oklahoma, our elected officials fully support the Second Amendment (for the most part). Keep on fighting the good fight....We're right there with you in OK.

I'm from Iowa and they are intimidated by Veterans. About two years ago my state passed a law making it a 'shall issue state' meaning that the county sherrifs had to allow concealed carry permits to those who met the requirements. They used to have control over it and usually didn't allow many to have it and a sherrif protested the new shall issue law specifically discriminating against veterans with PTSD.

I told him that they care about the second amendment and that's all the caring I need for them to have my membership. We have almost the same rules in norway. Very strict rules, to own a pistol you have to be a member of a pistol club, and you can get a pistol after 6 months. To own a ar 15 you have to be a member of a club for 2 years before you can get it. And you have to compit in competitions to keep the gun. And all guns is registered. And max hunting guns you can own is 6.

You could get one, but since they have military features you will have to get a permit that renews every 5 years and register them. If you spoke to your local PD I'm sure they can give you the specifics.

Ruger has a form online that is pre-made and will send letters for you just by picking your state and filling it in. Sending hard-copies you have made your self are always great but if you want something easier or to just send more this form letter may work for you.

I'm only 16 but I know more about guns and gun laws than most people even the detectives that came to my house today. Lol the cop didn't even know how to decock the arisoft pistol which works just like a real one.
I have been an NRA member for many years. After all this gun-ban talk started my wife said she wanted to join too, so we just signed her up. We all need to stick together; if you are not a member of the NRA please join. That and letting your congressmen know how you think is the best thing you can do.
I don't even like the ar/ak rifles; my 30/30 is all I need, but I stand with those of you who do like them. We are all in this together, don't shurk your duty. Our Constitution is at stake.

I used to live in San Diego and you're right..the weather is phenomenal but that's about it. The gun laws suck out there. I live in Atlanta now where I can own an AR15 with 10 thirty-round mags, two Glocks with standard mags and four 33 round mags. Think I'll stay here..

The only thing that comes to mind is new ten round magazines. You're forgetting about all the gun attachments, rails, foreends, grips, optics, muzzle devices, etc. Everyone who owns guns with these features will already have them, and most likely will not be buying a second set vs someone building one. It has also limited it so there are no new owners of these guns, and made it a limited pool of these gun owners that will slowly diminish with age as they begin to pass away.
What do you think the chances of the AWB getting passed by executive order? I don't know the extent that executive order can go. This is the part that worries me
All restricted firearms can only be shot on a range and you need a permit to take them from your home to a range or gun smith and I think you need to provide the route you will take (and take the most direct route).

What administration was responsible for the Firearm Owners Protection Act of 1986? Yeah, and who was responsible for the foreign import ban on 'assault rifles'? It isn't all about left or right, it is about administration fostering human rights. The 2nd amendment is a very basic and extremely important right.

day the high school suspended him for 2 days, the police called me that day and said they wanted to inspect my gun safe, i asked what would happen if i said NO. he said "Then the chief would revoke your license and take your guns" does any of this make sense to you? i had nothing to hide so i let two officers in my home to inspect my guns and cross check the serial number's. my fear is when i go to renew my license do you think they might deny me? i don't know if i need council now or wait

I live in IL and let me tell you...get up in Cook county (we like to call it Crook county) which is the greater Chicago area, and oh boy its bad. Strictest gun laws in the midwest and over 400 murders in just Chicago alone in 2012...
That's a good point, the government can't force companies to sell them weapons. That would send a heak of a message and in theory would have to work.
It's simple as that: each time something becomes illegal, it becomes less accessible. This causes short supply, and high demand. Short supply and high demand translates to high prices, which in turn translate to high profits in dealing with this product. Each time anything is outlawed, criminals make a fortune selling it in the black market. The final price is higher, and the laws make the item legally inaccessible to a lawful citizen, but not any less accessible to a criminal.

The ban excludes tube magazines on rifles, and rim fire rifles btw.
not to mention the swiss have a mandatory 1 to 2 years of military service. and after your done the rifle you where training with and you had during that time, you get to keep it. that way they KNOW their veterans are armed.
latest reports say there were four guns total; two pistols (a sig and a glock), a bushmaster AR-15, and some type of shotgun found in his trunk.

Hello, fellow Californian. Got the same situation where I live. But here in San Francisco, it's even worse. There's only one gun shop left here and it's being monitored like a kid who found out the TV parental lock code. CCWs are impossible to get. Just about everybody I know doesn't own a gun. Guys I know who want one can't even afford one. Additionally, crime here still doesn't get that much better and nobody is able to protect themselves and we who are law abiding citizens are being ignored.
An executive order of that magnitude would be further than ever before, I don't see that happening.
Already talked to my congressman. They better not fuck it up.
Holy crap you guys actually have some AR's in your store! lol everywhere around here is sold out of literally everything... pretty much all semi-auto rifles, all but a few concealable handguns, 9mm ammo, .380, and .45, etc... Somehow it wouldn't surprise me to learn in 10 years that Feinstein is working to sell more guns haha.
