Imagine being a citizen oppressed under Superman with no means to fight back and ya find out Batman could've ended the Regime by justifiably killing an OP dictator but didn't because he choose HIS code over people's liberty. I'd be pissed
I'd answer: So? Do it yourself, then. Batman is not at your beck and call. He's not your servant, he's not on your payroll, and if you disagree with Batman's take of 'justifiable', then too darn bad. Bruce Wayne doesn't HAVE TO stop Superman. He doesn't HAVE TO stop the Joker. In-Universe, Batman (or any Superhero, for that matter) doesn't OWE the 'ordinary citizen' ANYTHING. In this instance, Batman's life would have been a lot easier if he HAD put his code second. But if Batman would have put his code aside, then he'd have stood WITH Superman and would be busy making the Regime's oppression even more efficient. Does the pill also give super speed? Wait, what am I saying? The pill is a placebo to let batman show 1% of his real power without people getting suspicious.
@TheKingKratos if the video is about Batman I make a comment on Batman. He's the worst written character at DC. I love the character but hate when writers have to make others look like idiots to make Batman win. Superman looked like a child here. No heat vision, no super speed, no freeze breath. Just stood there and punched like a moron. I comment on every video to support the channel. Sorry you don't like my take on Batman.
Superman should look like a child. The green pill put them on equal footing. You have to remember Batman is a world-class martial artist. When it comes to pure fighting skill, it's not even close. He is leagues above Superman in pure fighting skill. The fight should not have lasted that long. This was a brawler(superman) fighting someone who knows over a hundred martial arts. I always say when you take away heroes' or villains' powers or match them and see what they truly are made of. If you stuck both of them under a red sun, Superman would be a dead man. However, Batman would still be Batman.
@lou ferigzo Iron Fist would get bodied by quicksilver or cyclops. Because martial arts don't beat super speed or powerful ranged attacks. Both of which Superman has. The pill only gives strength and durability. Any argument about how good batmans fighting skills are is totally irrelevant when his fists should look like they are not moving to Clark. He's so much faster than Bruce that he could fly around the planet and then counter his punch. Then fly around it again and counter his next hit. As per usual Batmans real power is making his opponent a moron who can't use their own abilities.
The direspect for Superman and PIS love for Batman no's no bounds. Im losing my mind reading all these stories where Batman is besting Superman, or even coming to blows with him. It's bloody ridiculous!
I'm up to Issue 26 now in Year 5. Superman was acting like a tyrant, but he didn't put Zsasz up to kill Alfred when Cyborg was watching the Batcave. In Issue 23 the Regime, including Superman were trying to find out how Zsasz got in there to begin with. Edit I made a mistake, it was Issue 24 that the Regime found out about Alfred's death.
How the fuck did this even happen ? Pills only give you Strength and Durability comparable to a Kryptonian. Not Superman. He is still much much stronger. In fact we see Diana one shot Batwomen despite the pill. Not to mention insane gap in speed. Much less abilities like Heat Vision which were able to match Omega beams twice. Also Superman will have way more reaction time seeing Batman in slow motion. He would x ray his weak points. Hear his moments and see his blood flow. And that brain which calculates faster than a Super Computer. But what can we say. The author was one of the biggest Batman fanboy I have seen.
Damian being very disrespectful towards his father. Superman wanting to kill for revenge. Batman taking a green pill to easily beat up Superman. This isn't the comics I knew growing up. Everything is dark now and not nearly as entertaining.
Superman: you still have arrogance to accuse me for murder and assume what i want Didnt you make it clear that you want zsasz to die so it make it like you hired someone to kill alfred?
Good grief. DC has such a hard-on for drawing Bruce kicking Clark's ass. Initially it seemed un-expected, but now its just gratuitous. They've done this, what? Two dozen times? And Injustice was just having every DC hero take turns beating up Superman? Its so unimaginative, and so tired. Let's watch Bruce, Dinah, Alfred, Diana, Plastic Man, Lois, Jimmy, Perry, Krypto beat up the mighty Superman!! Of course there's the whole just leaving out superspeed, heat vision, invulnerability, and freedom of movement in 3 dimensions that would probably negate Bruce's hand-to-hand prowess. Its like they believe as soon as Clark loses the moral high ground he's just some WWF clown.
The pill grants super speed, the heat vision takes a split second to deploy, the invulnerability doesn't factor in when fighting beings on a similar level, and Injustice Superman has zero to very little combat training. He's also highly inexperienced at dealing with beings on his level as a whole. When you consider these things, it makes perfect sense for him to get dumpstered by just about anyone and everyone who is already at that level or takes one of those little green pills.
@@tek512 How does invulnerability not factor in? He's not super-sturdy, he's invulnerable. Shouldn't that mean that someone with the same strength and speed would be able to batter him, move him, even throw him (though again that's ignoring that he can fly), but not damage him? Obviously DC can bend the rules anyway they want for the desired effect, its just becomes so tiresome in Injustice. Also, frankly, lazy.
You actually got to give props for Superman cause he actually didn’t go for the kill. He had other powers he could of relied on to win. Yet he wanted play by Bruce rules. But the way he did Alfred will not be forgiven for a long time.
It's truly heart breaking for me looking at Batman and Superman in these terms 😢 I can't watch Superman on the edge of being killed by his best friend. 😭 What is that comic where Superman goes too angry because Luthor killed? Batman.
I think these confrontations between Batman and Superman are funny, and all the same. Ridiculous. But its what I like about comics. People dodging bullets by doing backflips. I love it in spite of myself.
I can't support ruling the world with an iron fist, but I also don't think villains should be spared an unlimited number of times. There should be a cutoff point, especially for the REALLY murderous ones.
Sure. But the Heroes shouldn't be the ones doing it if they don't WANT to. I mean, they don't owe the 'ordinary people' that, especially since they're pretty much doing it purely because they want to.
@@user-pl7ym9ix7k no murder is murder and that's something that superman doesn't understand even batman told him that we don't pick and choose on who lives or who dies
Superman becomes fodder pretty much the instant anyone that can keep up with him, even if they aren't *quite* as powerful, steps up. There's a reason the multiverse's "primary" Superman usually gets hand to hand training from Bruce at some point in each reboot.
These two In a totally fair physical fight? I’m surprised Superman landed a punch. Batman is one of the greatest hand to hand fighters in all of comicdom . Superman is the most powerful but he has never been that kind of combatant. Batman with Superman’s powers? And with no code? THAT is terrifying
superman is a maniac here. just like joker was. batman should do what supes did and end the threat permanently. instead supes lives through this and how many more die down the road of the story?
It only applifies strength, endurance and healing I believe, it was purely on supes being a dumbass for thinking to enter a slugfest with argueably one of the worlds best martial artists. If he had stepped back and used his powers he might've taken Bruce down, but he never was one for thinking rationally in injustice.
Superman knows he can not even come close matching Batman in hand-to-hand combat, but instead of using any of his other powers like super speed, heat vision, and arctic/hurricane breath, he decides to just go toe toe? Either Superman is monumentally stupid, or this is just lazy writing.
I don’t understand why Superman is losing, I get that Batman is much stronger and endurable but man, that pill does not give u super speed and so Superman should easily win this. Literally in year 1 of injustice comic, him and Barry are literally having a speed conversation while they are at war against parademons, Superman literally comes to Barry to talk about killing and saying they have enough time to talk about it because they are fast so how the heck is Batman winning.

Batman: you were ease dropping on our conversation with your superhearing...
Superman: *spits out blood* THE WORLDS GREATEST DETECTIVE EVERYBODY! *sarcastically thunderclaps batman into the air*
Except Batman is absolutely correct here: Superman did send Zsasz to take Alfred down (for entirely petty reasons, at that), and wants Zsasz dead to cover his tracks. Like any crime boss, Superman sent an underling to eliminate a target.
@Ares99999 and batman didn't send Martian manhunter, captain atom and a bunch of other people to "deal" with superman. Batman did the exact same shit but people still act like batman is a Saint in this story lol
@@wadewillson9220 Batman never sent anybody to kill Superman. And never for petty reasons. Don't make the two actions equal.
@@wadewillson9220 If you read the comic, you would know captain atom was never ordered to fight superman by Batman. Martian Manhunter was also never sent to fight superman, only to infiltrate and see what Superman and league were doing.
The thing is Batman is in the right. Alfred wouldn't want Bruce to break his morals for him.
I'm pretty sure Alfred as a veteran would be understanding that killing the most powerful dictator is justifiable. And if he doesn't or is disappointed, who cares? Sometimes the ones you love like your parents aren't gonna approve your decisions because it makes them uncomfortable even if it's for the better. If I was a citizen, I'd be pissed to know batman could've ended it all but chose his "morals" over my freedom
@Badass Batman Batman is barley a detective anymore lmao
@@cmpork7145 but if you were a parent would you want your kid to kill someone? I don't mean like war were soldiers fight or Police Man just normal kid WHO lost his parents bacause someone kill them.
@Badass Batman you would have a point except Batman didn't debut until TWO YEARS after detective comics was formed.
Issue #27, if you want to know.
@Badass Batman true
Seeing Damian Wayne wearing Nightwing's suit after killing him was so disrespectful and gave me the chills!
Dick would see it as a respect for him

Batman: What's the matter, never got hit by someone your own size?
That's not the main canon Batman and he is less skilled and sometimes make stupid decisions but he still super badass
And that scene Show perfectly that Batman is terrifying if he stop holding back and on an even level field
And that look on Damian is saying everything

I kind of thought about Judo when I saw it! But Aikido would fit too!
@@FernandoComicsOfficial My friend thinks the technique is "tachi dori" from Aikido! Aikido is known to be mostly standing rather on the ground.
There's the tension and the epic fight scene and then just a duck
Imagine being a citizen oppressed under Superman with no means to fight back and ya find out Batman could've ended the Regime by justifiably killing an OP dictator but didn't because he choose HIS code over people's liberty. I'd be pissed
The others wouldn't have surrendered just because Superman is dead tho.
He's a control freak, he'd love the idea of making sure people 'behaved'.
@@Ares99999 bat-tards alternate between "heroes are supposed to protect the people" & "he doesn't owe anyone shxt". That may be so, but if the moron's presence is literally creating villains then he owes the civilians quite a lot.
They wouldn't have to even worry about this if batman killed joker ages ago
@@wadewillson9220 AGAIN, its not like BATMAN is the ONLY GUY in Gotham. Any cop could have just shot the Joker while in custody.
How come people like you think it's somehow Batman's job to kill the Joker? It's not even Batman's job to STOP the Joker. That's officially the GCPD's job. I don't see why people think Batman OWES something. He doesn't. A LOT of people owe HIM just for being there.
When that Duck shows up Batman and supermen stopped fighting and just got outta there hahaha

It really tied the room together.

"In your most private moments I want you to remember the face of the man who beat you"
If Batman have Kryptonian power , no one can stop him
Does the pill also give super speed? Wait, what am I saying? The pill is a placebo to let batman show 1% of his real power without people getting suspicious.
Yea
You are on a mission to hate on Batman at every turn and Video i keep seeing you in
Why hate him so much ?!
Just when I was thinking "holy fu..."- duck.
You do what you want when you're up at the top
maaaan kicking superman's arrogant ass is a different pleasure.
The direspect for Superman and PIS love for Batman no's no bounds. Im losing my mind reading all these stories where Batman is besting Superman, or even coming to blows with him. It's bloody ridiculous!
Without Supes powers, he ain't shite. Bats will always toss him around like a rag doll. Alfred would hand him his azz again, just as badly!
Actually Superman has been trained in martial arts by Wonder Woman, Batman and Kryptonian Martial Arts masters in the Bottle City of Kandor.

That was amazing!
It makes you physically comparable to Superman
Damian being very disrespectful towards his father. Superman wanting to kill for revenge. Batman taking a green pill to easily beat up Superman. This isn't the comics I knew growing up. Everything is dark now and not nearly as entertaining.
makes no sense a human punch won't hurt superman unless they get injected with super strength 😂
That's what happened actually ! Just a pill instead of an injection :)
Lol, Batman would rather kill the greatest hero on the planet than some psycho gotham serial killer. What a genius.......
Superman: you still have arrogance to accuse me for murder and assume what i want
Didnt you make it clear that you want zsasz to die so it make it like you hired someone to kill alfred?
Ah Superman is just bad in trash talking. what´s also funny is that 2 seconds earlier Superman assumes what Batman wants.
Why was there a duck in between?
Yes, The Dark Knight gives Stalin a beating.
on equal footings of strength superman shouldn't stand a chance against batman's skill.
Fuck not with the Bat.
When put on equal gooting batman beats superman pretty much every single time.
Batman has too much fucking plot armor and the 12 year old Meatriders are loving it.
Nah It's just Bruce with superman's powers will whoop him any day. Particularly the injustice superman who has no real combat experience
Bro what’s the comic called?
I like the artwork besides the Owl Man lookin' mask drawn on Batman lolls
OK , Batman with green pill strong how Superman, but were superspeed, laser, fly , and others abilities Superman )
Is skill
Supes just too dumb 😂 dude wants to throw hands with dc most skilled martial artist lmao
You actually got to give props for Superman cause he actually didn’t go for the kill.
He had other powers he could of relied on to win. Yet he wanted play by Bruce rules.
But the way he did Alfred will not be forgiven for a long time.
Superman should know better if their strength is even he has no chance in hand to hand combat should’ve flown away

Pretty good!
I always like to see this heinous version of Superman put down.

I can't watch Superman on the edge of being killed by his best friend. 😭
What is that comic where Superman goes too angry because Luthor killed? Batman.
Yeah Bruce this was a bad idea

I think these confrontations between Batman and Superman are funny, and all the same. Ridiculous. But its what I like about comics. People dodging bullets by doing backflips. I love it in spite of myself.
Non of this would have happened had Superman just ripped Batman in half before the whole green pill concept was introduced into the story
Why do they always nerf Superman's reaction. He could easily dodge Batman's punches.
Batman v Superman
Batman wins and always get his way, and he deserves too.
All this power but u still can’t fight that crazy
I can't support ruling the world with an iron fist, but I also don't think villains should be spared an unlimited number of times. There should be a cutoff point, especially for the REALLY murderous ones.
Sure. But the Heroes shouldn't be the ones doing it if they don't WANT to. I mean, they don't owe the 'ordinary people' that, especially since they're pretty much doing it purely because they want to.

Superman becomes fodder pretty much the instant anyone that can keep up with him, even if they aren't *quite* as powerful, steps up. There's a reason the multiverse's "primary" Superman usually gets hand to hand training from Bruce at some point in each reboot.
In combat, Batman always win vs superman.

Nobody say anything about this. Batman wasn’t trying to hurt superman he was holding back but still people call batman evil for this.

A page later Damian calls out Batman Because he knows Batman won't do it. Then batman got jumped and was saved by flash.
superman is a maniac here. just like joker was. batman should do what supes did and end the threat permanently. instead supes lives through this and how many more die down the road of the story?
Did everyone in Injustice Supes butt?? I mean seriously every clip I've seen he lost badly.
Besides beating doomsday breaking batman back and the lantern corps ya he got his ass kicked pretty much every time he was on screen
If only dc allow superman to learn the real hand to hand combat just like batman. Not only punching shit.
Unless that pill gives him super speed, ain't no way Bats is winning that fight.
It only applifies strength, endurance and healing I believe, it was purely on supes being a dumbass for thinking to enter a slugfest with argueably one of the worlds best martial artists. If he had stepped back and used his powers he might've taken Bruce down, but he never was one for thinking rationally in injustice.
It surely does otherwise supes would have beaten him easily
Damian: Dad!!
Batman: What??!!
Damian: A ducky!! 😃
Superman: A ducky?!! Where?! 😃
Batman: I can't take you two anywhere.
