  • Over the span of 5 years Groundwork Leadership has been working with local leaders across industries (philanthropy, faith, government, education, non profit, and business) to raise the tide of leadership in our community. We've ran year long local leadership cohorts, business retreats, full-day workshops, one-on-one coaching, organizational assessments, online courses, and large keynote speeches.
In our programming we collaborate on community problems and work together to apply a transformational framework created in-house to issue. These are complicated, nuanced, and timeless challenges. The goal of this exercise is to apply our framework and philosophy to the challenge as we re-learn a new transformational way to collaborate.
There is no set expectation that they solve this problem, but merely seek to understand and apply the framework, which without fail invites new collaborative ideas and possible solutions.
THIS STORY is about our leadership cohort in 2023 who's community problem of practice was Mental and Behavioral Health.
    HERE IS THEIR STORY.
I am Chris Pineda and I am the CEO of Groundwork Leadership. Our mission is to help individuals, organizations and communities grow a more collaborative culture and break free from transactional behaviors and mindset.
