For years, Groundwork has been conducting professional and personal development training in Salem, OR. Starting with only a handful of clients, we’ve now done transformational work with over 150 leaders and their respective organizations. Now we want to share with the world what we have learned about Transformational Leadership. We offer a variety of consulting and programs including: speaking, online courses, organizational assessments and consulting, and staff leadership development strategies. Programs are facilitated online & in person.
