Don't know if my ears are tricking me but to me those Dry Vocals doesn't sound dry at all. To me it sounds quite processed to begin with. Maybe I'm wrong and my headphones calibration software is tricking me... however I doubt it.
@@CyberPosixMusic I think it’s the track called BG VOX and CUTS above it that’s got FX on it. Presenter should have solo’d the main vocal cause now it’s confusing.
Then if I am not wrong this video is quite misleading and sort of false advertising IMHO. I can’t think of a reason of doing this video with an already processed track if it is supposed that you are showing how can you use Nectar to prepare a raw unprocessed track. Looks like they are trying to trick us in some way.
Hi. So I just got emails about Ozone 10 being around the corner. Since apparently Neutron 4 STILL isn't Hi-DPI compliant (resizeable so the controls resize, not just the visualizer) on Windows I am assuming Ozone 10 and the RX10 plugins also won't be. Which would be a crying shame, but what can you do.
You have not shown anything useful. This is a total fraud. At the beginning of the video, you say that the vocals are dry, but it's perfectly clear that the vocals have already been processed with analog equipment, you can clearly hear that what you call dry vocal is compressed, processed with an equalizer, de-esser , even the saturation can be heard . I have all your programs, and if you try to do that with really dry unprocessed vocals, the auto assistant picks presets , that make the vocals sound terrible.
Waaay too much reverb on her voice. All she need's is a touch of delay and the tiniest amount of plate. All the intimacy is lost with shellac'ing her vox with heavier reverb...LESS is waaaaay MORE.
Hey Sam, this video and your great explanation with the '3 Levels' approach brightened my day, man. Not too much brightness, just enough. ;-) Thanks!
Wow - I half figured some of this out but fantastic to get it all in one video. Superb I will try the other half I did not know about now.
Glad we could help out 👌

Great help. Really appreciate, this will will improve my mix
11:52 bro how does he get the option of a singular delay like that?
Whenever i try to put the delay on its always left and right stearo delay
Great video. Would have loved it more if the song's audio was ducked a bit more in some parts.
Ya'll know what we're waiting for!!!Stop teasing us!!!!We're excited about Ozone 10!!!Show us some inside, not just some image!!!!!!!C'mon guys!!!

Yeah, would love a response to this. It can also cause issues with some DAWs, leading to crashes.
I hate when the raw vocal already makes a top tier song like you don't even need mixing
