Great video. Please tell me this. I have knee issues and going up and down stairs is a problem with me. Does this resort have facilities in place (elevators, ramps, golf carts etc) to help me get everywhere I might want to go? (ie: from room to restaurants, beach, pool etc..) Thanks so much, Steve S.
Guys I kid you not this resort is a living nightmare. You don’t deserve that believe me!! Need detailed information about the situation in this resort just shot a Text. Not worth it at all!! The beach is not attractive at all. The snack bar as well as the buffets are above average. Customer service is mediocre. The only positive thing about this place is the cenotes that’s pretty much it. Employees are running you over with the gulf carts in every corner. You can forget about the activities because you will need 48hr anticipation. A/c was broken and they never fixed the issue or helped me with anything. Thank goodness I only stayed 4 days. I can’t imagine staying one more day.
