Hi, i also got this. Tough it was the battery so i change it two time but apparently not. I dont wanted to open it and fuck the film but i will do it this afternoon and make an Update. Apparently the E mean "Empty".

hey, just want to say that your videos are amazing. especially the olympus Af-10 mini since there's not a lot of information about it.
What is the approximate minimum focusing distance of this camera? 1.5m 0.8m or 0.6m?
great video! when i turn on my af10, there is no number of films or the letter E showing on the screen. Do you know how to fix this problem? thanks!

Update: the film wasnt in the mecanism ! I just opened the camera in a dark room and push it a little bit and the E disappeared😊 !!
