Dude, thanks for doing this video! It’s been a big help so far. I think you jinxed me though. I don’t think I’ve ever broken a bolt in my life, but I started loosening one of the two inlet bolts in the front (the ones you did last but said you probably should do first), and as soon as I started loosening the first bolt, the head snapped off with the rest of the bolt inside the threaded part. And to add to that, I must have pulled too hard on those two rubber grommets on the air box. I broke the plastic piece that the rubber nub goes into on one of them. Oh well, I’ll have to be more careful finishing up the job tomorrow. Need to make a trip to Home Depot to hopefully get a screw first.
Thanks for the video. I just used your links and your discount code to buy both PRL kits you have here. They’re out of stock currently, but it should only be a month or so before they get them back in stock.
Hi Lui ........ if you do not mind, can you give the model number of the power tools you used ? I need to freshen up my tool box with some new gear and those look great. Thanks in advance ....... ;-)
Just curious for all fl5 owners did you guys change the inlet pipe and did it add power after tune? Im fbo right now but still debating if the inlet pipe will add power. Planning to dyno the car early September but idk if its worth it to spend $500+ for inlet pipe if it doesnt even add power.
Weird, I’ve taken this on multiple track days with no tune and daily driving with no tune and haven’t received any kind of check engine lights or emissions issues, hopefully all your connections are good and nothing was damaged.
Yes and no. You just have to find a dealership with guys that are Honda enthusiasts. There’s plenty of reps and techs that are huge enthusiasts that would def work on the vehicle.
Been following you for a while , but didn’t know why I wasn’t subscribed, that changed today , thanks for the video.

Hard to tell from the video, do you feel like it increased intake sound in addition to the stage 1 intake?

Had to bust out the caliper and everything. Titanium the world bb
The measuring tool. Hope no one thinks I meant the brake component 😂 😅
Lmao I knew what you meant bro! And you know me, I had to be extra thorough 😂

So overall some improvements and sounds better and probably some small HP tq gains
No gains. But looks nice 👍
Oil pressure higher and consistent with the prl inlet pipe?
Need this for the si
Would you mind giving me dimensions of the Strut bar? Just the bar length width and depth. Thank you
Lol I wouldn’t know off the top of my head I’d have to measure it
@@lui.racing yes please measure it. Thank you
Stayed for the video, here for the gun show 💪
Installed this and emission problem check engine light turned on 3 days after.

@@lui.racingNot sure if I should bring this to the dealership, don't want to void the warranty, or maybe it won't. Ha.
Did Honda tell you that this mod voids your engine service warranty? They told me if I did this it would...just saying
I’m not concerned with the warranty, but I appreciate your concerns!

They can't adjust fast enough. Not fine with pre turbo inlet without tuning. The fuel scale is all lean. Your motor can go in the bin.
Tons of people are running this without CE lights. A little extra cooler air cannot make that much of a difference.
