I have the machine but warhead for some reason it is really thick and hard still and does not feel like cotton candy, on the other hand toxic waste does wonderful job at being cotton candy and is super sour when all mixed together

No it wont because the way Poprocks work is by having little pocets with Co2 gas enclosed in them which will break when melting it
