Today I made dis dosa, everything was fine, the batter, the chutney was awesome, but yeh dosa us tareeke se smoothly nhi nikla tawa se jaise apka nikla, even I waited for 2-3 min... Might b kuch to galat Kia hoga mene .... One thing in the heading u have mentioned boiled potato n ap bol rhe ho kache aloo shyd apki typing mei error hua hoga....

Brishti i am a south indian would suggest flip the dosa and cook it on both sides, it tastes v good. Otherwise recipe is v good
