Cold Steel Swords: www.coldsteel....
Bring it back. I want a real officer saber for my uniform
you know, for a fat guy, he's pretty awesome.
That's cute lol
Why were these discontinued :(
This. I want a saber that can actually cut for my dress uniform.
I think they stop manufacturers for awhile, but if we keep asking, I'm hoping they'll return it, atleast for a limit of time I hope.
@So Lo tell me this is true
😭
awesome, love this as a (military) fencer/fencing teacher I say this is marshal arts fencig, thank you sir.
1:38 “dad thanks for cutting the melon, but it’s all on the floor now…”
They beter eat all that meat they wast
6:34 This guy should work in a butchery.
Semper Fi!
I am so glad I scored one of these while I could.
I also find it intresting how US marines use malmuke swords
Honor cannot be accomplished using guns. Technique, energy, flow, movement. I AM THAT I AM.
Did anyone else lol when the door-to-door vacuum cleaner salesman pulled out a saber and started chopping watermelon?
I swear that's how they make dog toys is use the left over rope they cut
im currently making a homemade saber out of spring steel, so now im kind of going on a saber video spree!
So how would this sword fair against say... a giant rock monster?
well you gotta use some magic to make the saber stronger then you will be fine, look for saber magics on amazon Im sure you gonna find a good book ;)
"designed for thrusting, it's not bad in the right hands" that's what she said.
Dec. 1, 2019---Thanks for the video. Always wondered if these swords were fake, meaning useless. And did check your website out.
when hitting it on the wood you guys should go SMACK! hard very hard
5:02 I'd tap that lolololol
hahahahahaha LOL ! =)
Could I use this as a concealed blade?
got my son the "official" sword cause I didn't know you guys sold them ,(my bad) however .. one size fits all doesn't get it if your planning to wear it for an official function, it'd look kinda silly for a short guy's sword to be dragg'in the ground
Wear the blade higher and on an angle?
lol Marines gotta do it RIGHT !
tj0002
More conformist nonsense but if you must. Wear platformed shoes or get a smithy to shorten your regulation sword.
conformist nonsense ???? BAHAHAHA this is the bad thing about cold steel... it attracts to many people with a 15 year old mentality
I was joking you tool. Eh I know there are regulations in the military.
you can hear it rattling
Dudes took this way too seriously 😂
Putting this out there in case someone knows, but since these have been discontinued for almost a decade, what is a good equivalent? Meeting the regulations standards but able to actually practice with. High carbon steel not stainless. Mainly looking for the M1902 (Army officer sword).
Please make a Freemason sword.
I hate to see good brisket get wasted
I was fortunate enough to pick one of these up when they were still making them. Luckily enough for me, the default size is actually within regulation for my height in uniform. However, this is not to be used as a ceremony sword. I was trying to be cool and cut the hell out of my ear lol
The only problem I have with the sword is that there is a ever-so-slight wobble when you're swinging it with some force. I believe the leather wrapping and under handle between the leather and the tang is slightly mis matched. It's hardly noticeable unless you're extremely nitpicky. Also, it does have "Cold Steel" as part of the etching near near hilt. So I'm not sure it would be allowed by most commands to be a part of your uniform (even if you were willing to risk your ears)
The lengths of the blades have to vary in order for these swords to be passable on individual Marines’ and soldiers’ uniforms.
I think this looks like Shamshir but i liked Shamshir more.
This is Arab sword
Arab or Turko Mongol. The Mamelukes were originally a Caste of Turkic slave soldiers.
Ok
