Noticed when she missed it in the first place. Just ate at me during the rest of the video, just waiting for it to be discovered and put in the right place... I hope in the two years since this was posted that that little green percentile has finally been put where it belongs.
I had over 700 dice at one point, but honestly not very many of them were very interesting. Today I have about half that many, but they are all chosen and purchased with intention and love.
Collecting dice is one of the most niche, most useless, and most fun hobbies for me. I cant do anything with set number of 30 of dice that I couldnt do with set number one. But I just like them. And organizing them is super satisfying for my OCD. I can spend hours on it, just admiring them and organizing them. My favorite set is a set of solid copper from Norse Foundry. I often carry one in my pocket much as new agers would carry a crystal with them. 😄

Watching you put the silver/purple d8 into the pink/blue swirl set hurt my soull, its corresponding set is in the bottom left corner of the same box. Nice dice though!

No no no, you can't put two sets in the same compartment. Either it's organized and separated by set or it's all together and happily disorganized, this is a crime!!!

It's funny though how the green D% with the yellow numbers went into the random assortment while the other six dice of that set have been assorted already.
It just freaks me out that you put one of the green gold ones (the d100) in to the random bin and not to the set...

I think those speckled ones are assorted individual dice from Chessex's "Pound of Dice" bags that they sell - which sometimes get used to populate those giant dice bins you see at cons. Also, thanks for the video - and the DICE :D

I found your channel while updating my party's portraits and I just want you to know that I'm currently drawing my character while I watch this, and her name is Rowan. 😂 She's a half-human, half deep one (Lovecraftian campaign) sorcerer. I've got black & red dice for her, so pretty different from your Rowan hehe.
Well, I ended up creating a dice wish list on Amazon. There are a lot of dice on it....

You can tell which dice are Kraken by the 20. Kraken always has their symbol on the d20 instead of the number
new to all this. and I use my dice for something totally different. As a fellow collector of many things, I found Kon Marie the way to go as I'm rubbish at decisions and would fall down the rabbit hole for too long deciding. so for me I'd go 1. sort by size D... next I'd go by colour 3. then type/finish so clear opaque glitter etc. Also her idea of, sort THEN store so you find out how much space ur gonna need, helps you choose storage options.
Its quicker to sort and find a specific dice in a rush that way.
all the kinds are together and its quick to see if you can make a set from what you have.
depends how u use ur stuff. but how would u search? is ur first thought do I have any (certain col) or do you go I need a D... and then pick ur col.
Personally if it was me with those boxes, in the situation ur describing
D.., then colors, then finishes; opaque, glitter etc. specially as ur mixing ur dice with someone elses. Im guessing someone might ask, where's my red, D... if you have sorted by size then colour its quicker to find without such a rummage, go to the size, then its a shorter rummage for the specific col. but yeah, I like a good rumaage so they look nice before
but for searching and picking for a set or purpose, for me I'd go with size, colour, type.

Have you seen Dice Envy's "fairy fught club" set? I feel like they would really go with your aesthetic.
I don't play d&d at all. I like these dice to collect and I use them to play other games with and I like rolling them for fun and math fun.

Always organise by sets. Anything else makes no sense to me, except for those that won't make entire sets - of course.

I have 5 set of dice; 3 black/red dice set, 1 black dice set and 1 white dice set. I planning to by 1 red dice set, 3 white/red dice set and 3 black and white dice set. Is it okay to collect those types of dice?
