Great helpful video! I’m older (64) I drastically changed my diet and lifestyle after finding a tumor in my armpit.
I knew my body will heal itself and knew that if I didn’t change my diet I would have to submit to traditional “treatments” or die.
So I started eating mostly plant based. In just over 6 months a softball tumor is now a golf ball.
I’ve been doing it mainly on my own learning from a variety of people on the internet. This video is so very extremely helpful for me! Thank you!

I am 80 years Old and changed my diet some fem years ago to primarily low fat whole food plant based to see if it could help my arthritis - and it Seem so - i have less knee pain and am keeping pretty active, cykling, walking, swimming, and am curious about lots of things. And I have a low BMII but feel strong - I wonder whether the vegan with less bone mass were keeping physically active? But I really love this way of eating and wish hvad done so always 🎶🍀💚🎵🐸

Weight bearing exercises are the best for bones. Swimming isn't so helpful. The most important is keeping your balance. Falling is the biggest risk factor for bones so anything you can do to keep your body feeling secure and you're not getting that feeling that you need to hold on to something would be good.

    A carnivore diet. That's all.

The carnivore diet, which primarily consists of meat and animal products, is not widely recommended by health professionals for the general population. The diet is highly restrictive, excluding all plant-based foods such as vegetables, fruits, legumes, grains, and nuts. While some advocates claim benefits like weight loss and reduced inflammation, there are significant concerns about its long-term health effects.
Most mainstream health organizations and experts argue that a balanced diet rich in a variety of foods, including fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins, is essential for optimal health. A diet heavily focused on animal products may lead to deficiencies in essential nutrients like fiber, vitamins (e.g., vitamin C), and certain phytonutrients found only in plant foods. Additionally, high consumption of red and processed meats is associated with increased risks of heart disease, certain cancers, and other chronic conditions.
Some health professionals might recommend a carnivore diet for specific, short-term therapeutic purposes or for individuals with particular medical conditions, but these cases are exceptions rather than the rule. Generally, it is not considered a safe or sustainable diet for most people without close medical supervision.

Why do vegans often have a craky voice? Does the body consume muscles which are less necessary for survival first? It must be strenuous for the body system to extract the necessary proteins from food which tends to lock them in aka is less bioavailable.
