I don't think ,govt can in any which way help, to provide you with jobs , I have a suggestions plz try open up a you tube channel for teaching carnatic music , at the same time instruments like sitar ,violin are a new craze abroad ,I hope you know of Guitar sensation Maya neelakantan a 11year old kid who introduced carnatic music in heavy metals .you make a good money . good luck .
