Great video I find the easiest throws when you’re closer to your target for the ones that you overthrow. Like you said keep your foot work and give proper release to the ball

Love ur channel. Coaching my softball team and implementing ur drills has helped thank you. Can u do a video about fielding positions. Example. A drill for 1st base players, short stop, right field and so on I know it’s a lot but maybe if u can explain each job each position has would help me thanks

All the positions need similar things, but I do have a positions video planning so I'll see what I can do

Mine (infielder) will always reach her target and doesn't overthrow or anything but once she releases that ball it turns into a rainbow throw, so it's taking its time to firstbase. I feel like it hurts her and the team because half the time it's not getting those outs successfully and easily. 😕

yeah she needs to stop being so careful and throw the ball - it's not okay to throw conservatively to bases like that. They don't "turn into" rainbow throws - she's easing off it to avoid overthrows, which ends up being almost as bad. Cant play the game like that. Have to throw it on a line.
