couple of points to add
Phantom Rune: its actually like tsukuyomi's full moon/new moon. If titania has a purple glow its a point blank AOE. if she has a yellow 'ring' above her, its a roomwide with melee range safe
Fire rune: the stack marker targets a random healer (in EX it will be both healers with 4 players on each stack)

I feel the issue with the DPS check with the '3 big adds' phase is just how many mechanics they expect you to dodge while still trying to actually DPS. You got the weird 'ray'-shaped AOE that leaves a small sliver that's safe to stand in, so if you're casting something, odds are you have to interrupt it to get back into a safe spot. Then you have the AOE's that target players (often at the same time as the other AOE) so you're trying to dance around other players to find an even smaller safe spot. Oh and then there's stack up markers to keep an eye on, and not to mention Titania herself trying to push you off the arena every so often.
Somewhere in the middle of this you're supposed to DPS. And I'm not saying it's impossible or that it's harder than an EX trial or anything like that. But throw in the fact a bunch of players running this right now probably aren't even using the best gear available further leading to suboptimal DPS (which is pretty understandable, it's a leveling trial for the main story), and it's easy to see how this becomes wipe city.
I recently made into the Shadowbringers part of the game and this fight in particular. Members of my Discord group suggested I watch a tutorial before attempting to dive into this fight, and this has helped me out a lot. Will definitely be looking forward to more helpful videos from you 👍👍👍

The 'Shiva' ice aoe's are easier to dodge here. For some reason blue on blue is hard to see, but blue on green is a lot easier to see.

Yea I have to second this. Good to know some people like this fight, but sitting at 20 minutes left and we keep ramming our head into a brick wall, have to say (Even though it might not be popular), has to be one of the single stupidest fights I have had to do in this game since inception. We pulled pin again and again and I have yet to finish this. For a normal mode MSQ run, this is utterly stupid and I hate it.

@@yunariver Yea I have been trying for a while now and no luck. Hit the 'enrage timer' and get destroyed every time. Run it to about 20 min left on the clock and the group disbands and try it with a new one. Irony is that all of the other new content has taken an average of 7 min to enter a random group since there is so many people running the new stuff. This trial, average 20 min wait time. No one wants to go in there. lmao
@@theyak8051 I'd try to help u if u want to. I can't say we'd beat it tho, but it's worth a shot. Cuz I don't think u can continue the story unless u beat it. If u want to add my name on the game is Eleste Fayte, Famfrit server.
Only issue with this boss at the moment is people don't have that good gear, so when it comes to the DPS checks with the adds you're gonna wipe a lot, took me a day of trying. ;-;
It also helps to have a kill order to lower healers healing to push out a tiny bit more dps.
Cleared on my 1st time going in blind. But I’m pretty sure the rest of the group knew what they were doing.

To my knowledge, all of the fairies have no gender and 'King Titania' is actually a title, not a name.
I find this kind of game boring
I've been in there twice and both times I off tanked and 1 time I mted and the healers decided not to heal me and then we wiped ! After that I drop stances and waited for add phase then took adds down as quickly as I could ! The second time I watched a tank die 3 times in a row then I abandoned duty! After their 3rd attempt ! He didn't ask what he was doing wrong or anything!
