Real estate goes in cycles. e.g. 2010-2015 was a wonderful time to get on the real estate ladder...especially if you didn't insist on living on one of the coasts. For those who missed that..there will be another window opening up in the future. Get your down payment in order..clean up your credit..do well at work..and be ready to spring when opportunity presents itself.
Thank you! In the near future the Chinese housing market will collapse, that was for the first capitalistic generation in China, the only way to save money and accumulate wealth. After this event, we will witness a global trend for the demonetization of real estate and 50% will go into BTC. Good news for young families that just need a place to live. It was a wise move to first study BTC and buy later at a higher price! I also waited years after I understood BTC but about 2012 when Iran was removed from the swift system for the first time, there were rumors that they escaped to BTC in order to finance their nuclear program. So, I wanted the confirmation that Mossad - the by far most potent intelligence, would not ne able to destroy BTC. Same story with WikiLeaks and now we know 100,00%....
Natalie has to move beyond her, here to for, 6th grade explanations of BTC. SO many have come to BTC now since she started delivering her message and the information needed for BTC to be adopted and understood. She needs to evolve with the BTC Hodlers of the world. There is no NEW information from Natalie. So I stopped watching her because she gives me no reason to continue listening to her. Money Printing. Poor oppressed immigrant, (total BS, no one cares), can't get ahead, unaffordable housing. All true, but constantly complaining about it and NOT taking action to change it is a little sad. Vote IN RFK and other BTC political advocates should be Natalie's focus to get the message out. This "Victims" stance is sad, boring and disinteresting. BTW, If you owned housing. like you own BTC, you would be THRILLED about higher real estate prices. BUT Because you don't own real estate, You CONDEMN those that do own it by complaining about it's high price. THAT is HYPOCRITAL IMO. BTC can increase in value, but real estate cant?!?!?! Who is telling Who What to do. OH It is YOU!
