Always a pleasure learning from your experience. Congrats on all the success to date! Just about finished qualifying as an Accountant here and finished renovating my first project - looking forward to more. Hoping to leverage my low responsibilities for short-term discomfort for long-term gain
Depends on your available time. If lots of time available, I would look at doing a combination of sourcing, flips and BRR properties. The buy refurbish refinance process will help you build up a portfolio and build cashflow. The sourcing and flips will help you replenish capital! 💪
@spencebespokedreams You could look into getting a BTL and making it HMO compliant and renting it to a social housing organisation. They usually take it on a 5 year lease and they manage the tenants and pay for the HMO licensing and they pay for the house maintenance. I'm gonna be honest, I've not done this before but a lot of youtubers have and I've looked into it and it seems pretty good. It's something I'll potentially do in the future when finances allow.
Been watching you from your early days on RUclips. Smashing it mate. Keep going 👌🏼

If you had a million pounds to invest in a property buisness, what route would you take?
Would you still recommend buy to lets with new Labour policies ?
Also wondering about this
So all your propeties now dont have any mortgages on them?
Listen to my wording £1m asset value. I even say a large % is debt from mortgages
Can you please help... I have just over £100k to invest how would you make it into being able to retire from work and live on passive income?
