For the record, Ryan grabbed the left side of his rib cage in this video. Gervonta landed a short inside left hook to the right side of Ryan's rib cage when he stopped him.
Quite with the excuses and hold yourself and your team accountable for what goes wrong in camp. I'm tired of hearing weight cut issues and rehydration clauses. There are too many ballooned up fighters that come in on fight night many classes above their own weight class. Boxing needs to bring back the same day weigh-in like the Olympics. It will make everything a level playing field in regards to weight cutting and natural weight.
People may call them 'excuses,' but I see them as explanations and insights. Despite the big risk, he brought excitement back to boxing. Sadly, money and corruption have marred the sport. Many now prefer MMA for its authenticity, dynamism, and excitement.
Everyone crying excuses would be up there saying the exact same things if it happened to them. But those are the same people that criticize others for taking risks while they never do
The reasons it’s excuses because many many fighters also have to cut weight and have done it in a wayyy higher level than Ryan and go into fights with injuries and drained. Ryan has done it once and is making excuses.
@@rodrigotorres2331 your proving our point. Sound like any sort of explanation post fight is always labeled “excuses”. Pacquiao fought Floyd with a bad shoulder and lost. @@Georocksf no no no, it always looked frowned upon to use excuses after any loss, it doesn’t matter who you are. You are proving my point that excuses are used in boxing when some of the best boxers in history such as Ali fought with a broken jaw and won meaning that a injury should not determine weather you win or lose, it’s your will that will determine that. Floyd had shoulder injuries on both his shoulders when he fought pacquiao there is video footage if you look it up. No fighter comes in at 100 percent, some will come drained, some will have injuries. Canelo fought with a messed up knee against Jacob’s and he won. Errol had a rib injury and gave zero excuses. You are giving Ryan a pass for making an excuse and let me tell you in boxing there are no excuses, you sign up for a fight not for a pity party.
Ryan has been mismanaged since day one. Instead of nurturing him as a fighter and bringing him up slowly (the way Tanks people did, the way Haney’s people did) he was thrust into the limelight to capitalize on his RUclips and TikTok status. Oscar saw him as the next, well, “Oscar.” I genuinely feel bad for Ryan because he is not a bad person and I fear that we are witnessing him having a breakdown in real time. I encourage people who know Ryan and even people like Tank, who has converted to Islam, to reach out to him. To support him. Ryan is in real danger. He needs to step away from boxing.
What surprises me the most is that I as a viewer seen this things happening from a distance to Ryan sitting on my couch on another continent. The fact that Ryans team didn't see this coming is concerning on the level of intelligence and spirituality they are operating with. Everything he tells in this video is of zero surprise. These people live boxing an make so much money but don't understand how team Floyd operates? This pisses me off since I was rooting for Ryan. But the fact he starts telling these stories now and didn't see this whole thing was a scam, is concerning. This is a perfect example how people get played everyday of the week, no matter what level. Floyd is not only intelligent strategically, he has a very good intuition which is a very dangerous combination if used for bad purpose. I have said multiple times; Ryan is a Lion and Davis is a Scorpi, Lions have proud and go all in and have an ego problem, Scorpios, just need to sting you 1 time and its over. So what happened during the fight? I have wrote this on paper and it happened. Why is nobody in his camp saying these things to Ryan and they have to find out afterwards??? A random dude on youtube could have made the main the fight, better yet, Ryan should have declined this fight and not being so naive every time Davis cancelled the fight. Should have listen to Oscar and Hopkins when they advised you not to accept all those BS STIPULATIONS from Tanks team. The only one to blame is yourself.
Should have*
“Should of” 😂😂
Why does Ryan sound like he’s drunk?
hes sipping lean lol
He probably is 😂
He’s drunk bro
I was honestly wondering if I was the only one who noticed he looks and sounds off. He might be off his meds again. Really sad tbh
@@DominicEssiawhe was sick .. hater 🙄
I believe he would have lost either way but the rehydration clauses are a cowards tool. He has no idea what weight cut is until he fights MMA.
Especially when Ryan doesn’t get much bigger than tank
Again Ryan accepted the rehydration clause at 136, if he accepted 135 then there wouldn’t be a rehydration clause, they bother weighed in under 136, he’s just a tool
@@justinshergill I get it. Doesn't mean it's not a coward move to put it in a contract. Garcia slept in the bed he made but why would Davis put that in there unless he was afraid of him being hydrated? If Davis didn't care he wouldn't have done it.
@@Wade-1 it’s business, elerbe is a smart man, he baited golden boy promotions with this move, ryan is a moron for accepting it and not thinking about it, tank is the A side and still would’ve beaten him without the rehydration clause, Ryan did it to himself and then blames the rehydration clause but could’ve easily accepted 135 without the rehydration clause and he weighed in at 134, also he needs to leave golden boy promotions, Oscar and Bernard weren’t even at the fight, Eddie reynoso kicked Ryan out of the gym as he wasn’t committed and even canelo said it himself, Ryan needs to leave golden boy promotions
Rehydration clause is not coward tool it’s boxing IBF championships have a mandatory rehydration clause every fight it should be like that so people fight closer to their real weight class. Also Ryan was crying about how drained he was cutting weight wtf does that have to do with the rehydration clause when that only affects you after you weigh in.
Everytime someone loses they have excuses
For the record, Ryan grabbed the left side of his rib cage in this video. Gervonta landed a short inside left hook to the right side of Ryan's rib cage when he stopped him.
😂lol you right
Rehydration clause or not this kid wouldn’t beat tank, there’s levels , he’s a good fighter but gervonta is elite
He’s not good at all. He got hit one time and lost his roar. Idk why he can’t admit it
Ryan needs a PR manager and a lifestyle coach to teach him how to properly conduct and speak. He's a mess.
Bro acts like he was just hitting he’s ribs he was also throwing missles to the face this guy😂
RUclips need stop force feeding them stupid adverts down people’s throats
Spending the money to upgrade my youtube was best money i ever spent
Like Inuoe said, that's why we have weight classes
Will there be a rematch?
No
The greatest hindrance of future success are the excuses of past failures!
Diva vibes
For real dude. Feminine as hell for a man
He quit in that fight because he was losing and going to lose. He got paid well for it though. He’s a joke. Weak, soft and immature.
After it came out he did so then it was “excuses” but if he pulled out of the fight before he would be “scared” even though any rational thinking would be “I shouldn’t fight the best boxer in the world with one arm”. Alas that is boxing for you and if he didn’t fight Floyd then it never happens, same thing with Ryan and tank
@@rodrigotorres2331 all I’m saying is anything a fighter says after a loss is considered excuses regardless of what it is
Delusional. Excuses excuses, slow day at valuetainment? This kid is the definition of wokey.
My guy is taking an even bigger L for coming out with excuses now. Acting like you were wanting that bag of money is crazy!
But it's your left rib that got dislocated...gervonta Davies dislocated your right rib...!! Stop with the excuses
Weak. All you have is that left hook and it didn’t work.
Lol no way Ryan has a drink next to him that says “unlock your brain.” 😂
His LION pride got him killed because he wanted to fight and promise for the people, just like a lion does, the scorpion got you exactly where they wanted you lmoa.
I see a rematch coming. They made so much money together
This dude is losing fans left and right with all his bitching
Man he full of it
Bro!You got Ryan on here amazing
Yes. But, the rib shot was on the left side. Ryan, is holding his right side
My exact thought 😂 !!
wrong................rib shot happaned on ryan's right side with tank's left hand and ryan is holding his right side
NOOOO YYOOOUUU AARRREE WROONNG!!! (4:07 - 4:09) Ryan gestures to his left side with his right hand. (4:10 - 4:14) NOW he is gesturing with his left hand towards his right -side {your opinion). Smoking Pistol & "Doctors Opinion" (4:20 - 4:30) THE ENTIRE LEFT SIDE. Your just as confused as Ryan is lying to himself about what really happened in the fight. My proof: When you are looking at someone from your POV THEIR left side is YOUR right side. 🤯 @@dalbiratwal2838
It used to be a "cracked rib". Now, it's a "separated rib". Even if they're one & the same thing, the difference in words matters!!! These are excuses!!
Hydration clause will weaken a fighter. And it did just that
He shouldn't have been fighting at 135 if you can't make the weight. Don't campaign at 135 trying to weight bully fighters
100 percent regardless he was going to get knocked out he only has one move
despite what everyone says or thinks of him, at least he kept his word and did the fight. this was probably his only chance to get in the ring with Tank.
Well, he showed up for the fight but he did not do the fight. My man quit like a Lil bitch.
Ryan claims he got "BETRAYED" ... Now He's popping a gang of Lil Xans
I think Garcia took too many punches to the head, he doesn’t sound right when he speaks
I feel like I was hearing my 8 year old speak.
Is the ring always the same size???
And once again the collective consciousness of the comment section does not disappoint. This gives me hope 🙏
Rehydration clauses should be illegal that’s wild for a title fight boxing is dead
Maybe people should fight in their weight class. There are weight classes for a reason
Fight in your weight class and a rehydration clause is for both fighters !
Boxing is boring because of fighters like him alll about the $$$$$ they Hollywood before they fighters
Against Tank you will never be in a good place, he is just better fighter, you landed 2 shots on him, it was not about power but you were not patient, disciplined and composed - nothing to do with rehydration clause
Ryan Garcia just ain't the same... He's doped up Every damn interview nowadays
I would like to see a rematch and have gervonta move up in weight class for the fight it’s only fair
Ok he had something with his ribs a minor injury probably but let us be honest if you have real pain in your rib cage you are not going to box because that pain is unbearable even to just walk. Ryan could do all those things as we clearly saw in the fight, but I'm just saying he probably got a minor injury but either way Tank would've won with or without his injury.
So fight was rigged how do I sue these MF GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK
Run it back… part 2 would be one of the biggest fights in YEARS.
You got played by tank. He made all of these wild stipulations and you agreed to it. You should of never of taken that fight if he wanted all that.
Wanted all what .. tank wanted the fight at 135 Ryan suggested a catchweight so it was a rehydration for BOTH FIGHTERS stop crying ryan had no chance before the fight started he lacks fundamentals
@@Boxing222.7 all what?? He only wanted to fight ryan at 135 when ryan is fighting at 140. And is already to thin. Then ryan wasn't able to rehydrate lol. Are you dumb. Lol.
@@Boxing222.7 tank is way smaller/ shorter so dont need to rehydrate lol
@@865style wym he don’t need to rehydrate are you good ?
Your ribs can separate from loosing weight?? Well....I'm going to Burger King🍔🍔
Gang of excuses for this clown, let’s see what the excuse will be when he loses this time against Haney
thats all cap ... theres no rib that was separated ... before or during the fight. tank destroyed buddy... now wats left is excuses... all cap.
Now, he blaming it on the BBQ Ribs!
This is exactly why boxers back then didnt bring media into the gym. Fight camp was private, only the trainers and the fighter.
i understand excuses and i like gervonta davis alot, but i dont wish a re-hydration clause on any boxers because i have seen alot of boxers and mma fighters die from cutting weight including my dad
It wouldn't have mattered if tank had that info or not. Same outcome
Tank is just the perfect size for his division. Doesnt have to loose much water so he can recover and take more hits. Garcia has t ok dehydrate to much to beat him
He’s holding the wrong side where tank hit his rib.
They need to get rid of all these stipulations, and it needs to go back to 1 belt, 1 champ and then the best will fight the best.
Ryan needs to stay in the 140 pound division and not worry about 135 pounders FIGHT IN YOUR WEIGHT CLASS
All the media lies all these bunk ass RUclipsrs are liars on 2 or 3 are truthful I'm unsubscribing from the fake ass channels that lie on the boxing platforms and every one that watches these boxing 🥊 RUclipsrs should do the same and stay with the real ones
I think he means .. Gervonte split his ribs open 😂
What’s up with this latino’s always making excuses ? You lost, teo lost, stop complaining and take it like a man.
He holding the wrong rib
Ryan came to fight! He risked getting knocked out! He was not ready for Tank yet!
This is one Tank that never runs out of gas.
We love excuses lets hear them
I have a tremendous amount of respect for Ryan for taking that fight against tank 💯
Wait a minute.... Didn't Tank deliver the KO shot to his right rib with a left hook? Why is he pointing to his left abdomin when talking about the injury? I could be wrong if the camera is flipped on PBD's show
not even 1 minute in already feeling the fakeness
I’m done with excuse shit man it’s over with
Stop making excuses !
Betrayal is the worst 😮
Talking is easy when you don't know how boxing feels😊
If no one cares Ryan gambling 🎰 addiction and if he lost to Haney which he is in gambling debt relationship he will end up hotel rooms need to care him
