first job i did on cx was a delivery to hermes in bradford and your bang on about the chaos and not a single person there was interested in explaining to me what the crack was lol so i just banged them all on the conveyor .... went in office got signed and left and hoped for the best
EVRI Dundee, drive as close to a free bay door as possible and unload into an empty yellow bin. EVRI Motherwell (ML1) drive the the far Bay with a ramp drive up the ramp, drive into the building, you unload on the conveyor nearest. Waiting in the que, unload one van at a time onto the belt, and put parcels on labels facing up. Next week as John said they will have different rules
Done a few jobs delivering into a Evri- Hermes depot. I've noticed that when you turn up with a load of parcels. The Wearhouse staff will just stand there and not help in any way. So I just fill the cages up & get someone to sign my POD. But last night I went to a UPS depot and had a completely different experience. Super friendly staff which helped me unload my van. I was in & out in 15 mins. I think every place is different and how busy it is. Some are good some not. Happy Christmas. How do I contact you through the CX for a chat sometime.
Very true, I've personally had the best experience with Fed Ex and worst with Evri/Hermes. Give me an email: tallmansmallvanyt@gmail.com I can give you my details from there bud.
I went to evri Motherwell yesterday for the first time they told me to wait for the belt where only 1 van could unload at a time I told them to go fuck themselves filled the parcels up in cages drove out got banned from site 😂 I live in Essex anyway so no drama I go to Evri in Thurrock & up to 8 vans can unload at any time so don't have this issue.

You sound like a proper Peaky Blinder! 👊🏼😂
Youre not the first to say that lol
I’d rather eat glass than work for Hermes/ Evri .
🤣🙈
suss out if it's one of these places and avoid them if at all possible. They don't care about your time.

The place was so ridiculous unorganised it was embrassing compared with other Evri I've been to probably up to 10 depots I've done.
@@4494mrkenn That sounds ridiculous, I know other guys who've been to that site and reported the same issue.
@@4494mrkenn how’s the cx doing over in Essex pal? I’m from Chelmsford, considering signing up
