Can you make a video on gas convection and electric conventional? I heard both exist but I’m not sure how it works. Wouldn’t they basically be the same thing? A ‘gas’ convection is just an electric oven and vice versa
Great question! While both gas convection and electric convection ovens are used for similar purposes (even cooking with a fan), they are powered differently. • Gas convection ovens use gas burners to generate heat, and a fan circulates the hot air. The benefit of gas is that it provides moist heat, which can help keep food juicy. • Electric convection ovens use electric heating elements, and the fan distributes the heat throughout the oven. These tend to heat more evenly and maintain a consistent temperature. So, while they both have convection fans, the key difference lies in the energy source used to create the heat!
This video is ridiculous, you are comparing a gas oven with a smaller electric countertop oven. You should be comparing a gas oven to an electric oven. What you did was to compare apples to oranges.
Thanks for your valuable comment. As you pointed out, there are some important things to know about the differences between the two. That's why we made a video on this topic. We hope it helps clear things up. There's a lot more to come, so stay tuned and don't be afraid to share your feedback and suggestions with us in the comment section. We appreciate your engagement! 😊
I would recommend a Gas over ov er an electric ovem everytime simply because they offer responsive heat control for quickly adjusting burner power Hope this helps
@@MommaWolf1967 look I always choose gas oven. But heat wise yes the gas oven are stronger so quicker heating. However, because gravity makes hot air rise and cold air fall. There’s cold spots (basically the bottom is colder whereas the top may be burnt!). So if you want an even distribution it’s best to get electric. However that’s for BAKING. Most want a softer inside and roasted outline. So for roast of broiling I’d recommend GAS OVEN! It’s complicated but worth researching.
As I have had Gorenje bought used suddenly a man from the web who cannot speak clearly or speak the language must be blind and sold a stove without the bottom level working so strange that the people should only have money, money, money and children and problems I left it in the veranda and never got to use it again. I've had a Beha which, although an old model, has helped me quite a bit for several years, but I moved and left it because then I have to buy or move to a floor above which is no worse than the one I'm telling you about.
