@agadmator you missed bishop back to C2 right after your pause moment. You advanced the pawn, from F4, but that was a mistake for several reasons. First, that opens up the rook to eventual counter attack (as you pointed out), but also eventually clogs the G file preventing any attack on the king. If you use the bishop instead which is otherwise ignored completely in your analysis, that accomplishes two things. First, it preserves the pawn in front of the rook protecting the rook and king from a mating attack, but also still attacks the pinned bishop. in the end, you'll win both the bishop and the knight and the black king will be in check.

Move order is so important. Conceptual positions are one thing, but without precise execution a winning game can turn losing in an instant.

7:34 can you not take the pawn on f6 here? If black goes qg3 you have checkmate by qf7+ kh8 g7+ kh7 and promote to queen is checkmate. If black takes the queen instead you have an exchange up game

Maybe it means that you should always try and maintain a positive attitude. Always look for an opportunity to create a win-win situation, rather than stooping to your enemy’s level. A race to the bottom where both people try to sabotage each other in tit-for-tat hurts everyone.
There’s a saying that “everyone is their own worst enemy”. This means that having the wrong attitude will hurt you more than anything other people might do to you.
