probably one of the most important storylines for lgbtq youth! i too hated myself for being gay mirroring what my classmates felt about me! there has to be this story to show others that there is something at the end of that long dark tunnel before self acceptance! david resembled every guy who thought they could abuse me for something i had no control over and this chapter lead to the emergence of even more straight and gay alliance groups in schools all over the country which in fact lead to less bullying and less suicide! bravo glee for tackling with class and optimism a very real situation for thousands of gay youth in our country!
I HATE how people are discriminated against because they're gay. The people who bully gay people are just scared. Scared of something that they don't understand. Well, those people should be ashamed of themselves. Hating someone because of their sexual orientation is the same as hating someone because of their skin colour, race and religion. Maybe even one of those petitions like with Firefly and Rosewell, if enough people sent wedding toppers to the writers and made it clear that we wanna see Dave's return and a bigger story arch that could maybe end with him returning the wedding topper he took from Kurt?! Just an idea, but if you or anyone else are interested instarting something?
What is truly sad is too often gay people and especially youth want to be loved and accepted for who they are. They take rejection by their peers hard. It's the same for males as well as well as females. If you know of a person any age that is struggling with identity problems please be there for them. Don't get hung up on labels. Accept the love in your life and don't analyze it to death. Love is an amazing thing in that the more you give it away the more you have. Share carefully.
I think there is so much they could,do with this storyline. I think they are stupid not to see it ,burney are to busy concentrating on finn and rachel instead of a great 3 dimensional character like dave with serious flaws. Glee tried to boast up the gay storyline then continue something with depth. Blaine and dave could be interesting or sensation and dave . I feel the would offer so much and still have enough comic relief they are scare of losing. Rachel and finn is tiring.

This ship is absolutely horrific. Karofsky legitimately made Kurt feel awful every day of his life and (if you saw the 2009 episode) made him look at the suicide pamphlet. Kurt put up with so much shit and most of it was Karofsky's doing. Kurt forgave him for everything, yes, but he would never be able to love him, ever. And for everyone saying it's because he was dying inside, doesn't mean he has to make another innocent person who did nothing to him, want to die as well.
I don't think so. First of all, Klaine's relationship is based off of something a relationship should. Passion, love, trust, and all that good stuff. Kurtofsky originated from hurt, pain, and abuse. Sure, the relationship could take a metamorphosis, but how do you expect to be loved by somebody else if you can't even love yourself? Karofsky and Kurt were never meant to be.
