Beef Stroganoff in the RidgeMonkey Connect Combi Set

Taking a few minutes to prepare and portion the ingredients in advance means the finished dish can be rustled up with minimal fuss in just a few easy steps!!
    Ingredients:
    2 tsp smoked paprika (for the dry mix)
    1 tsp garlic powder (for the dry mix)
    1 tsp onion powder (for the dry mix)
    Salt & pepper to taste
    250g beef, cut into strips
    200g chestnut mushrooms, sliced
    1 onion, sliced
    2 tsp Dijon mustard
    1 tsp garlic puree
    1 tsp tomato puree
    2 bay leaves
    2 sprigs fresh thyme
    1 beef stock pot
    A generous splash of water
    To serve:
    Soured cream
    Rice (Simon prefers a white and wild rice mixture)
