loving hug for you. depression sucks ass. a term I learned from a therapy boy of mine is emotional nutrients. basically anything that makes you feel good whether its a treat or a fun activity or whatever. I try to remember them when depression is trying to numb me with comfort. I don't want to go on too long cause everyone's situation is different, but I find myself saying I'm too tired so I just try to sleep, and therefore don't go do things that bring me joy. but I think I found the tired is actually from being emotionally malnourished. and that is what actually helps me feel energized. I think of it like how sacrificing sleep to play games with friends is so worth it, or getting up early for a fun thing. it's counterintuitive to feel tired and be like "you gotta get up and go connect with nice things" but it really helps me fight the stuck feeling. I also usually find that I feel more mentally energetic and capable of getting through the shit, so I wanted to share that with you:) I believe in you! and know that this takes time to practice so be compassionate to you:)

I also think part of it is like pretending to act as you would if you were happy. I also saw a video of someone saying "hey guys a tip to be depressed is to not do anything you like, don't exercise, eat like shit, don't take action towards your goals, don't show love, don't try to help people and don't drink enough water" or something like that. And it made lots of sense. It's also like bravery where in order to be brave you have to do things in spite of fear. So sometimes I have to frame happiness as doing things I like inspire of sadness. You can fucking do this.
2nd Channel for livestreams? Run them on Twitch & RUclips simultaneously and auto upload them afterwards. If the account gets flagged, it won't effect the primary account. That way the only monetization you get from the streaming channel are donations and subs.

You should definitely move to Twitch as far as the live-streaming is concerned. I've never had an issue on Twitch and I curse and talk about degen shit and the VODs don't get flagged. Only tradeoff is you don't make money from Twitch unless you run ads, getting subs, donations, etc, so you'd have to build up the DDS community there as well.
