Yonex VCore Pro 100 2021 tennis racquet review
    Weight (unstrung) : 300 g
    Balance : 32 cm
    Swingweight : 321
    Head Size : 100 in² / 645 cm²
    String pattern : 16x19
    Beam width : 23 mm
    Stiffness : 63 Ra
    Length : 68.5 cm / 27 in
    String : Wilson Revolve 1.25 mm, 22-23 kg / 48-50 lbs
I would recommend this racquet to tennis players who meet these criteria:
    - not beginners,
    - intermediate or advanced level,
    - who want a racquet with a 645 cm² / 100 in² head size with reduced power that is not too hard to play at the same time,
    - with a modern game, rather powerful and topspin game or more finesse with slice and low topspin shots (beware of the lack of control on very powerful shots without topspin),
    - who want a nice access to topspin,
    - looking for a racquet with a neutral balance and a good maneuverability,
    - looking for a comfortable racquet with a good tolerance,
    - who appreciate the old VCore Pro 100 but who would like to have a little more power and comfort compared to the previous version.

Great review. So detailed and well expressed on how this racket performs. A very trustworthy and reliable video to know what the racket is about. Great and exceptional how the racket is put into words. I love the comparison table , where you compare it to other frames in terms of power. You provide so many details in order to get a broad idea about what this racket is all about in total.

Great review, thank you. I recently trialled this racquet and I am making a full switch to it for the arm comfort and great control.

Thanks for your review! Even as a purely recreational player, what you have said about this racket really matches my experience. It truly feels like an extension of my arm and I feel like I can do what I want and the racket listens. I have played with the Ezone 100 but found it lacking feel for my one-handed backhand. I am eagerly waiting for the 2023 Vcore 100 so that I can compare the feel between each Yonex series. Would be glad if you could review that too!

I'd be curious also to test the next VCore 100 because I like that racquet !

Love the review as always. Any thoughts on comparing the comfort, control, and power between this and the 2022 head speed mp?

Good question because they are not so far but I think the speed is a bit more powerful. Comfort close. Go for the VCore Pro for more control. Maybe a bit more tolerance for the vcore pro but close also.

Interesting. I play with the Clash 100, but want a bit better stability. Currently thinking about switching to Speed Mp or Vcore 100. I might give this one a try too.

Yes, why not. A bit more control oriented but depending on the string/tension it's not too hard to play with it.

If you might, it would be wonderful if you will do Yonex Ezone 98 2022 review ;)

I'll try because last time I tried it, I lacked power and I'd like to test it with a low tension.

Excellent. May suit my game. I’m using an Extreme Tour but prefer the 100 inch frames.
You think the Wilson Revolve is the best string for this racket?
How dies it compare with the prince racket you use? Will you switch?
I don’t like the colors of the new Prince tour but that is very personal opinion. Maybe in person they look better.

I'll never say a string is the best one for a racquet because it's a personal choice. I liked with the Revolve but I liked the Revolve on every racquet I had it. That being said, I'm going to try a come back to multifilaments strings, to protect my arm.
Like you, I don't like the colors of the new Prince ! Too complicated for me. I like simple designs and dark colors.

Jean-Pierre, Do you use a true Eastern backhand grip with the index knuckle right on top?And more continental for the slice?
