I built a retirement/vacation home on Diamondback Golf Course in 2021. We paid $2000 for a half acre lot and our house is 4bd/2ba. 1800 heated sqft 2400sqft with the 2 car garage. Thank the good lord that we didn’t wait, we paid 1/4 of what they are going for now. We actually just got back today from being there for the last two weeks. Those prices are quite honestly ridiculous! $600k-$800k!! Those are North Jersey numbers!
These are spec homes, meaning the lot prices are included in the overall list price of the home. Each model and elevation has a preselected lot. Therefore, if you're interested in the Dogwood or Savannah model on a prime location, it's crucial to start the selection process as soon as possible, as prime lots sell quickly.

Hey Dom, The HOA is $150.00 per month paid quarterly and includes amenities, boat/RV storage, security, garbage pick-up. Where are you moving from?
