Appreciate that you covered the flood areas instead of sugar coating everything. It's important to know ALL of the facts. Thank you for a great overview!
My gf and I are moving to that area in December/January, She spent most of her summers there as a child spending the summers with her aunt who lived in an A Frame on the Waccamaw River and she's always wanted to live there. Since her youngest son will be graduating High School a semester early and She works for the VA as a phlebotomist and can transfer to the clinic in Mertle Beach. Were going to look for an apartment to buy and we have also talked about opening up a bar in that area.
That's fantastic news! Myrtle Beach is a wonderful place to live, and it sounds like you both have a strong connection to the area. With your girlfriend's background and the opportunity to transfer her job to the VA clinic in Myrtle Beach, it seems like a great fit. For finding an apartment to buy, I’d be happy to help you explore the options that fit your needs. Additionally, we can look into potential locations for your custom bobber motorcycle shop. Feel free to reach out with any specific preferences or requirements, and we can get started on making your move as smooth as possible. Looking forward to assisting you both!

Conway/Myrtle Beach area was nice back in the 70`s 80`s....however to many people have moved into the area from out of state, leaving the area crowded, and horrible traffic! wouldn`t be so bad if all the tourist had went back to their homes instead of comming and staying! Just another paradise lost/ruined!
Thank you for sharing your thoughts about the Conway/Myrtle Beach area. It's interesting to hear your perspective on how the area has evolved over the years. Worst thing about Conway is the large man in the salvage V6 mustang who cuts you off in the Zaxby's parking lot.
I love me some Zaxbys 😬
Yeah, that guy is pretty weird. 😂
So this is the town that WingsOfRedemption lives at..... huh....
I like the one that is $312.000, that is what I’ll be looking for in a house in two years from now, I love the house, just perfect like you said🙏🏼
Awesome! Only drawback, it wont be 312,000 by then.
Love the Data and Analytics! Thanks!!
