Strictly speaking only one (near Roermond station, though remotely operated), except a few on heritage railway lines like these.

Because this crossing needs to be turned on manually with a special key

I'm guessing that the crossing doesn't have APPROACH detection circuits. Just the ISLAND detection circuit which must be manually activated with a key switch. When the train leaves the island circuit, the signals deactivate. At least that's how it appears to me. Stay safe and healthy.

Noch nicht ausgestorben. Das ist die historische Bahn zwisschen Apeldoorn und Dieren in der Provinz Gelderland. Der Dampflock der ‘Veluwse Stroomtreinmaatschappij’ (VSM) fahrt jeden Sommer.

Science Guy This crossing isn’t an steam crossing though. Garbage trains still make use of this crossing, which means this crossing still belongs to ProRail, the company who’s responsible for the maintenance of the raillines that are still being used by Freight Trains, NS or a private transport company like Arriva. That’s the reason why there’s modern technology on this crossing. The part of this particular railline which isn’t owned by ProRail does contain some rare old-fashioned railroad crossings though. (Look up ‘Beekbergen’)
