Work out for oneself is that big goal Acharya ji is talking here. A goal that is so big and beyond the self that it just doesn't let sleep. While in the process of achieving that goal be relaxed. That's what he is trying to say.

Let the goal be so compelling that the goal itself is a defense against distractions. If you choose a goal that is not worthy enough, it makes no sense to stay concentrated on it. The goal has to be right. Don't talk so much about how you get distracted. Talk about how first of all you have made something into your goal. If your goal setting process is influenced from the outside, then your goal would never really be your own goal. And therefore you would never feel internally, committed to it. You cannot drag a man to run a marathon. Have you put in time, effort to see whether your inclinations are real or just conditioned. We do not address these basic questions, and therefore we keep struggling with motivation. The worthy motive would always have something to do with your current condition. It would be something which either gives you joy or liberation. Identify your bondage, challenge your bondage. You're saying whether I succeed or fail, I'll be just happy. Because just being in the journey, being in the process is so nice.

Congratulations to me too. I was forcing myself to study for net to become professor . Beacuse i was ashamed teaching in school at low salary.. Teaching gives me joy.... My goal is teaching.... I was not teaching in school .ki log kya kahenge...
