I'm on day 55 of my juice feast making 4 to 6 litres of fresh juice only. No food but juice only every day and I feel great not having to digest food that sits in the colon and rots is great for the body. Every day of the 55 days I have a bowel movement and it's amazing how much waste is in the colon and I'm a lean person with a flat stomach. Mucoid plaque is real and cucumber, celery, ginger and lemon plus parsley really breaks in down from the intestinal walls
