judaism and hinduism is similar, for example adam is atman, eva is jiva, yoni is yoni meaning john, aaron is arun, jessica is yashika or jaiseka, there is some connection between the jews are india even before these migrations its uncanny the jews and india seem to have relation deeper than modern time migrations and their cultures showing similarity across millenia. Im fascinated how much judaism and hinduism have in common, i always thought hinduism was different, and thought islam/christianity and judaism are similar but christianity and islam came much much later and took practices from judaism predominantly, hinduism is before judaism historically. I see hinduism, Zoroastrianism and judaism to be very similar to one another, they are almost sister religions.

Except lower cast dalits, amiright folks? PLZ. Hindus treated their own as dirt, for centuries. And casteism is still the norm in majority of Indian villages. Even today, people are getting killed for marrying from different castes, there are temples that deny entry to dalits, priesthood is still reserved for upper castes and so on. Don't peddle this "one big family" non-sense until casteism is completely removed from Hinduism.

This is the beauty of Dharmic culture (Hindus, Jains, Buddhists and Sikhs) and throughout history you'll find how Indians helped outsiders.

I can't imagine why the complete fail to mention the Bene Israel Indian Jewish community which is the largest Indian Jewish community out of India, and arguably, by some accounts, the oldest. This is a major fail by the journalist and network in otherwise a good segment. The Bene Israel came to Navgaon or thereabouts originally and most of the community moved to Mumbai. Today, 4500 some Indian Jews still live in India, majority of which are Bene Israel living in Mumbai. (60 000 by some account immigrated to Israel in the 50's & 60's majority of which Bene Israel) Odd that you've showed some Bene Israel synagogues without mentioning the community. I would appreciate a reply about this shortcoming.

So we welcomed Jews and Muslims, so oldest synagogue and mosque outside middle East exists in Kerala.
