      Yes get a plastic bag put it over a branch of a tree with leaves on it tie it tight and let the sun do the work if you want to no were to find the sun go to england any shop sells it page 3 is very good

      Mehmet sure, find some ice (I wait for the winter time for homemade ice), boil it in a a non stick pan (you don't want your waters to stick). Make sure it's not raw or hard but nice and watery. Keep mixing until it's completely liquid. Let it cool down.

    This recipe taste so freaking amazing, I've added my bbq seasoning and mixed this with everything. Omitted the Shallots, but when you let this sit over a few days the taste reminds me of A1, but so much better. Thank you for this amazing recipe.

    Very nice sauce. My first BBQ sauce. We used red wine vinegar instead of cider and nutmeg instead of cloves. It turned out very nice. Good video.

    I made this for supper tonight and I must say... It was sooooo damn good, like legit. Makes store bought BBQs taste like straight ass. Now that I know it's so easy to make, I'm gonna experiment and come up with my own recipe now. Big thumbs up buddy. Your bbq was the star of the show for the whole family tonight.

    Just made this and it was delicious. I was too lazy to grind my cloves so I put in a pinch of garam masala. The flavors of the sauce really mellowed out and became amazing after a short time cooking the sauce. Thanks for the great recipe!

    I just made the BBQ sauce using this recipe...! Great, I only omitted the Garlic and the cloves. The garlic, because my wife is extremely allergic to it. 100% of the sauces that sell in the supermarket contain garlic...! Absolutely Yummy...!

    Good and tangy... added another 1/4 of brown sugar to help soften the vinegar a bit more. Didn’t add the turmeric or clove. Really great recipe! Will be making it again! Thanks!

    Wow, I was in a rush I had all the ingredients, I didn’t even measure precisely but pretty close, didn’t get to simmer as long, I’ll let my mom finish it up because I gave it to her along with some pull pork I cooked in the oven I really loved the flavor, thank you so.

    So many ways to make this. I add liquid smoke and sometimes applesauce to my rib sauce. And you HAVE to add garlic powder. It will give it the best taste.

      Nikki Jones yes liquid smoke and garlic really make a good bbq sauce. But I've never used cloves in bbq sauce and I'm kinda scared to.

    I have so many ketchup packs cuz i try really hard not to get them at fast food places (usually i am headed home and can use ketchup there) and i say no when they ask me if i want some and they still put 6 or more packs in. A few times i have told them over and over and they still put it in. I hate waste so i keep them Guess what i am go8ng to make now? Also, i have my own grown garlic and shallots but I hate harvesting so have to get more from store...so please tell me how you make your garlic/shallot puree blend

      Arianna Pflederer Hello. You can freeze it in an air tight container or freezer bag up to 6 months.

    thanks, tried it and family loved it ! stored leftover sauce in a jar my question is do i need to refrigerate? how many days before it spoils?

      yes fridge it up, should last about a month depends on how much sugar is in it. Should last a while, the darker it gets the more off it will be
