The steel framing is so shocking to see. Just box it up, pour the concrete, let it dry, add roof and some cheap cabinets, doors fixtures, ipoxy floors etc, and sell for millions. Being a housing developer in Jamaica is easy money.
yea, these look like trash but, i mean a wah people have too work with i guess. Barely an updated design from the original Portmore house designs just with more "minimalist" fixtures like closets and cabinetry.
So right, mine is in new harbour village 2 , just 12yrs old and I have to change out all plumbing fixtures, (very cheap and no good) now the shingles roof that Gore said warranties for 20yrs leaking like crazy and is not 20yrs yet.
