- The moon will glide into Earth's shadow Friday in what will be the longest lunar eclipse of the century. The eclipse will stretch from South America to New Zealand on Friday and last almost four hours, causing the moon to appear red, a phenomenon referred to as a blood moon.

I didn't lucky enough to wacth it myself. I've been waiting for it from 21:34pm and set my alarm to 01:30am. I woke up 3-4 time at 00:14am in Indonesia untill 01:30am but the eclipse won't come out.
The news said it will begin at 00:14am but i took it too early.
Eventho, the lunar is so amaze me with it's brightness at 21:34pm... I could see the difference between west sky and east sky. The west which is brighten by lunar light is soooo bright...I couldn't take my eyes from that beauty phenomena.
I was pray a lot under the moonlight and wish it could bring the good things for us to come soon guys.

Music was nice, not intrusive. So good to see people from all over the world sharing the viewing of this eclipse. For one moment we were one.

Don't think that the eclipse was visible in Canada, because by the time the moon rose above the horizon, the eclipse was over.

Is it a Flat Earth shadow or a Sphere shadow ?
Only a sphere can cast a circular shadow from any direction. A flat Earth would cast an ellipse at some angles or a straight shadow.
