Without this unified Germany, neither World War I nor World War II would have happened. This united nation would not have had the opportunity to commit various genocides before WW1 and during WW2. If Prussia had not existed and thus also no unified Germany, then there would not have been also almost 50 years of communist oppression in half of Europeer. The communist victory in the fallen Russian Empire was the result of the First World War caused by Germany and Austria so the communist rule over the areas of the fallen Russian Empire would never have existed without Germany like the later successes of the communists after the 2nd World War through the communists could occupy half of Europe and force the naions there to embrace communism. So NO world wars, NO genocides, NO immeasurable destruction and NO strong communism. This multiple NO would be the result of the destruction or considerable weakening of Prussia. Because Prussia made this German state possible in the first place. That was actually the only relevant achievement by Prussia! In the small German states, on the other hand, there was dspotism ruled by a dictatorial monarch. @@testtor2714 With HRE you probably mean the so-called "Holy Roman Empire"! It wasn't a state at all. I'm going to call this the Holy Romen Realm, short HRR because that's the correct term. I'll explain why in the next comment! But no matter how this structure was called. It was a failure! In fact, many myths are being spread regarding the Germans! Also the Holy Romen Realm is a myth like the strength of Prussia and the invincibility of Frederick II. By the way, the HRR didn't work. That is why the term empire is misleading too! Indeed the Holy Romen Realm disintegrated immediately after the foundation and was then only a complex of territories and no state and so no empire. That HRR was an unity, is always misrepresented on the maps! The HRR was a patchwork of territories!(Wikipedia) Consisting of hundreds of smaller sub-units of principalities, bailiwicks, margraviates, lordships, free cities, baronies, duchies and even simple counties and bishoprics and other domains. This shows that the HRR has fallen apart into a complete mess of different domains. An empire must be a state and that was not the HRR. The HRR was a complex of territories without central authority! There was no common currency too. Thus the HRR was no state. Therefore the name empire is absurd, because the HRR was not an empire! In fact, the small HRR territories were actually permanently at war with each other, so that a unified of HRR could not arise! So the HRR was meaningless in Europe over the centuries! It was only for a short time united and important in Europe when Otto I ruled as Kaiser. Patchwork carpet, as it was often called also fits as a name! This list and map in this links show the various small German states! de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Datei:HRR_1400.png and en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thirty_Years%27_War#/media/File:Europe_map_1648.PNG List of states in the Holy Roman Empire! en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_states_in_the_Holy_Roman_Empire_(A) 1000 years they killed each other in the HRR in a kind of civil war! One of the highlights was the Thirty Years' War. But they also fought each other before and after Thirty Years' War. Like in the Battle of Sievershausen 1553 when German Electorate of Saxony and Principality of Brunswick-Wolfenbüttel fought against German Margraviate of Brandenburg-Kulmbach. By the way, really small German states! But German small states fought also alone against non German enemies. For Example in the Battle of Herbsthause when 1645 France fought against German Bavaria! Not Bavaria and HRR against France nor HRR against France. That was just Bavaria without the support of the other small German states against the French. All alone! Or the German small states fought with non German allies from outside against the other German small states like in the Battle of Blenheim in 1704 when German Prussia, Hesse-Cassel and Hesse-Homburg allied with England and the Dutch Republic fought against the German Bavarians allied with France. At most, one could call the HRE a military alliance. But even that is actually wrong, because within a military alliance the allies do not fight each other all the time! Because in this military alliance all HRR states were never united. The various German small states of HRR also founded alliances, although at least in theory the HRR still existed. For example the Rheinische Allianz or the Welfenallianz or the Hildesheimer Allianz or the Kurrheinian alliance. It is interesting that these alliances could also include non-members of the HRr. For example was Sweden member of the Rheinische Allianz and France too! This demostrates the confusion in the HRR and the absurdity of the HRR! It was only in 1871 that the first permanent unified German state emerged. That is why the Germans are also known as the late nation. Because the first unified German state was only founded in 1871! The siege of Vienna in 1683 was also proof that the kaiser's title had no political significance. The Kaiser title was only status without real political meaning! So the HRR was over the centuries without central authority! For example the so-called Kaiser Leopold could not order the other princes and kings etc. in this complex of territories HRR at the second siege of Vienna in 1683 to send troops to save his capital, for his capital was not recognized as the capital of the other German kingdoms and principalities etc. Leopold's will was meaningless to the others! There was not enough help from the other German territories, so Leopold had to ask the Poles for help! Also at the first Siege of Vienna in 1529, the Habsburgs were effectively alone against the Ottomans. Habsburgs were without support from the other HRR territories although a Habsburg was the Kaiser of the HRR. Like all the other arguments. These various battles make it clear that this was neither a state nor an empire. The HRE territories fought against each other fpr 1000 years! So many wars in different areas would be unthinkable in a state nor empire! And that are not all Battles! These battles illustrate the mad civil war of 1000 years. In which not even the sieges like Siege of Neuss, from 1474-75 are not counted! Battle of Andernach 939 Battle at Chlumec 1040 Battle on the Elster 1080 Saxon Rebellion 1073 First Battle of Langensalza 1075 Battle on the Elster 1080 Battle of Flarcheim 1080 Battle of Welfesholz 1115 Battle of Flochberg 1150 Battle of Bornhöved 1227 Battle of Hausbergen 1262 Battle of Worringen 1288 Battle of Göllheim 1298 Battle of Gamelsdorf 1313 Battle of Mühldorf 1322 Battle of Dinklar 1367 Battle of Döffingen 1388 Battle of Baesweiler 1371 Battle of Seckenheim 1462 Battle of Drakenburg 1547 Battle of Mühlberg 1547 Battle of Sievershausen 1553 Battle of Lomnice or Lomnice nad Lužnicí 1618 Battle of Sablat or Záblatí 1619 Battle of Wisternitz or Dolní Věstonice 1619 Battle of White Mountain 1620 Battle of Neu Titschein 1621 Battle of Mingolsheim 1622 Battle of Wimpfen 1622 Battle of Höchst 1622 Battle of Stadtlohn 1623 Battle of Breitenfeld or Battle of Leipzig 1631 Sack of Magdeburg or Magdeburg's Sacrifice 1631 Battle of Lützen 1632 Battle of Rain or Battle of Lech1632 Battle of Nördlingen 1634 Battle of Willstätt 1634 Battle of Breisach 1638 Battle of Rheinfelden 1638 Battle of Vlotho 1638 Battle of Breitenfeld 1642 Battle of Tuttlingen 1643 Battle of Kempen 1643 Battle of Nördlingen (or Battle of Allerheim) 1645 Battle of Wevelinghoven or Battle of Grevenbroich 1648 First Battle of Höchstädt 1703 Battle of Aidenbach 1706 Battle of Blenheim 1704 Battle of Schellenberg 1704 Battle of Mollwitz 1741 Battle of Chotusitz, or Chotusice 1742 Battle of Hohenfriedberg or Hohenfriedeberg 1745 Battle of Hennersdorf 1745 Battle of Pfaffenhofen 1745 Battle of Kesselsdorf 1745 Battle of Lobositz 1756 Battle of Reichenberg 1757 Battle of Prague or Battle of Štěrboholy 1757 Battle of Kolín 1757 Battle of Rossbach 1757 Battle of Moys 1757 Battle of Leuthen 1757 Battle on the Lohe1757 Battle of Domstadtl 1758 Battle of Hochkirch 1758 Battle of Peterswalde1759 Battle of Maxen 1759 Battle of Hoyerswerda 1759 Battle of Meissen 1759 Battle of Torgau 1760 Battle of Landeshut 1760 Raid on Berlin 1760 Battle of Ölper 1761 Battle of Freiberg 1762 Battle of Burkersdorf 1762 War of the Bavarian Succession 1778 - 1779 In fact, it was only very late in 1871 that the Germans succeeded in founding a united state. Because without this unified German state, neither World War I nor World War II would have happened. This united nation would not have had the opportunity to commit various genocides. Yes because especially ww1 was started by Austria, Serbia and Russia. Germany was just the first country that officially declared war, to help Austria. And also some other reasons... Many countries wanted WW1.
He never was the man who is to blame for the ww1. It was the Antente powers who did everything to escalate the conflict and to worsen relationship with the German empire, especially the kaiser

imagine that germany took only a few years to become a superpower and cause 2 world wars and still is strong enough today
Ridiculous and disgusting to admire a nation because it was responsible for 2 world wars that caused a total of 70 million deaths. Only a complete idiot can admire a nation for that.
Germany did not caused world War 1. If you are ally with a nation and their heir to the throne gets murded you stand with them. Today nothing else with Nato. So Germany start a shit. It was Russias fault.
2. World War 2 was the result how the entante treated Germany. Only reason Nazis came in power.
So WW2 is the result of WW1
Germany only start or cause one world war.
The First wasnt started or caused by the German Empire.
Germany was a superpower since it started existing. Until Napoleon dissolved the HRE it was the most powerful state in Europe for almost 900 years.
This list and map in this links show the various small German states! de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Datei:HRR_1400.png and en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thirty_Years%27_War#/media/File:Europe_map_1648.PNG List of states in the Holy Roman Empire! en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_states_in_the_Holy_Roman_Empire_(A)
1000 years they killed each other in the HRR in a kind of civil war!

In fact, it was only very late in 1871 that the Germans succeeded in founding a united state. That is why this nation is also referred to as the belated nation Incidentally, this German unification to a common state for Europe was a catastrophe. Because without this unified German state, neither World War I nor World War II would have happened. This united nation would not have had the opportunity to commit various genocides. For example, millions of Poles would not have been murdered. The Polish capital would not have been destroyed and the Polish economy would not have been ruined. Poland would not have been oppressed by the communists either. Because the communist rule over the areas of the fallen Russian Empire would never have existed. So neither did the later successes of the communists. The communist victory was the result of the First World War. So no world wars, no genocides, no immeasurable destruction and no strong communism. It would have been better for Europe if this state had never existed!

Pretty much if they were able to take out the soviets the British and Americans would have to accept a peace offer, what with the millions of German Troops coming back from that front to meet the Allies head on instead of being crushed by the Soviet Armies.
@@cow1816 Yeah because the tanks broke through the defensive lines allowing infantry to slip through the gaps made by the tanks and we're widened by the mechanized infantry while in world war one it was pretty much bombard the enemy position for a week and pray to god that they will be destroyed then charge if that charge fails send another until the enemy line is eventually overwhelmed the only thing the germans did good in ww2 was their tactics.
Also defeating the soviets is easier said than done its like trying to defeat an enemy that pretty much has infinite resources and manpower while you have trouble trying to keep a single division supplied.
I must disagree, the Germany navy in WW2 was a beast, the infantry and airforce was also pretty good, they were just used wrong and at the end of the war, the equipment was missing.

But what hitler did with Germany in WW2 was a death-blow, a suicide bomb, killing the british and french empires as well as the rest of europe while destroying and reducing germany as a nation to a mere shell of it's past after 6 years of death and terror across europe, leading to europe falling behind the US and now also the rest of the world today. Yes because especially ww1 was started by Austria, Serbia and Russia.
Germany was just the first country that officially declared war, to help Austria.
And also some other reasons... Many countries wanted WW1.
And WW2 was a logical step, Hitlers nsdap was in the golden 20s under 10% but after the economy crash in America and the credits that America couldn't give anymore it was impossible to do everything in the Versailles contract and than it started...
Hyper inflation, weak democracy and 1933 it was over...
