What is more baffling in comments section is the way westerners refer to our kind of open kitchen as street food.
I mean we have a culture of open kitchen, our food isn't typically baked by microwave ours is deep fried Fully overloaded with spices. You can't have tandoor in enclosed kitchens. Besides our food is not only tasty it's safe too because we cook everything fresh not like those canned & frozen stuff.
