This looks like a great tool but it seems pretty bad for an operator to be able to close production of an MO. Can that be prevented through User Rights?
Add a Quality Step for the Manager who needs to check timing and consumption, make sure they have a PIN setup, then add this step to all of your Bills of Materials as needed. The last step prior to completion of the MO will then need the Manager to log in with their PIN and complete this step after they have verified the data.
