    🎼About this channel
    My name is otoka.
    I am a sound engineer, composer and arranger.
    I have been creating tinnitus reduction and treatment sounds that are more effective and less tiring to listen to than conventional sounds.
    I also invent and compose special music using tones and frequencies that reduce tinnitus.
    As a tinnitus sufferer myself, I experiment and create my own music.
    🗒️ How to use
    Either speakers or earphones can be used.
    Please set the volume to a level where you can faintly hear the tinnitus.
    If there is no discomfort, there is no problem hearing with only one ear.
    If you listen louder than necessary, you may feel the tinnitus louder after you stop the playback.
    ⏳ How long?
    It depends on the condition of your ears and your tolerance to sound. Do not listen for long periods of time from the beginning but start with short periods of time, such as a few minutes, tens of minutes, or hours, and increase the playback time as you check for any discomfort or fatigue in your ears.

    My tinnitus started when I was 17. I am 59 today. 42 years I've been battling with it. I have not known what it's like to sit or lay still in perfect quite since I was 16 years old. I do remember it being enjoyable, though. Maybe one day I can experience it again.

      Mine came about when I was 10 when a blank round went in close proximity to my head. I thought it would go away shortly after but that wasn't the case. I'm now 34 and searching for any kind of treatment. Some days are more bearable than others.

    My tinnitus sounds almost exactly like this so it definitely masked it. Thank you!

    I have listened to countless tinnitus masking/tinnitus "treatment" videos in the last 5 years. When I turned this one on, the abrasiveness of the sound was jarring. But when I muted it, I couldn't help but notice a temporary silence within my ears. I'm still experimenting with how long and how loud I should listen to this, but for now I just want to say 1) wow! and 2) thanks!

      I'm glad it matched your ears.
      As you may know, it is said that by gradually increasing the amount of listening time, taking care not to tire your ears, your brain adapts and extends the time of silence.

    Woah ive been trying every sound therapy i could find for the 13 days i've had 8000hz in my ears. This worked the best for relief...of course its still there.but more manageable.

    My tinnitus is usually a high pitched constant hiss. The soundtrack here almost matches what I hear in my head. Moreover the varying volume is agreeable and the almost inaudible background tinckles and buzzes pleasingly break the monotony. For me, the match is so good that I think it's my tinnitus I'm hearing, ... until I take out the headphones. Then, for a while, I'TS GONE!!!

      @@tinnitus_cure Yes, 20 years living with theses sounds very similiar to thoses in your clip 🙉 The interessting effect is, that I don't listen it with earphones, I keep the Smartphone a little bit away from my ears. When I start on the right ear, I feel an effect on the left ear, when I change to the left ear, then I feel something going on in the right ear...This is very strange, but since I work with this clip, I have for 80 % a very good effect for at least 5 minutes. After the sounds are coming "closer" again, BUT I am able now to work against 🙏

    • @tinnitus_cure
      @tinnitus_cure  Год назад +2

      @@WolfgangAPalm-ju9er It is good that you are getting the effect with speakers. They are less stressful on the ears than earphones, so they can be used for longer periods of time.
      In the beginning, the relief is short-lived when the sound is stopped, but it is said to gradually increase as the brain adapts. It may take several months to a year, depending on the individual.

    Tinnitus is such a weird condition. It's mostly in the brain and to make up loss of sound. I dunno why it wants to do that.

    Hello @tinnitus_cure , I just started listening and the relief is impressive. Thank you so much. In your case did this sound just relief or disappear your tinnitus ?

    • @tinnitus_cure
      @tinnitus_cure  2 месяца назад

      Hello. I'm glad to hear that it's working for you.
      Since I create, test, and listen to many of these sounds, I'm not sure which specific sound has had what effect. So I can't provide a definitive answer. I did, however, design these sounds to be soothing to my own ears, and nowadays, I don't hear tinnitus when I'm feeling good.

    It works, so far for my left ear. But my right is different, it sound like the ringing that would come after an explosion

    • @tinnitus_cure
      @tinnitus_cure  2 месяца назад

      It's possible that it doesn't fit well in your right ear. If it's not too uncomfortable, you might want to consider using just the left one for now.

      @@tinnitus_cureyes. I only do this sound for my left ear. But when I play “Ringing Sound Effect” from another video for right hear, the tinnitus temporary goes away.

    • @tinnitus_cure
      @tinnitus_cure  Год назад

      It does not work for everyone, but if your tinnitus is relieved by listening to this sound, you can expect the reduction to last.
      For earphones or headphones, 1-2 hours is recommended to reduce the load on the ears.
      The effects of Music Therapy generally take several months to a year.

    Is it better to hear with or without earphones and earbuds for tinnitus?

    • @tinnitus_cure
      @tinnitus_cure  4 месяца назад +1

      It depends on the severity of the tinnitus and the condition of the ear. If you feel that speakers provide sufficient relief, speakers with less stress on the ears are recommended.
