I have a pro 700 that I love but I noticed when my machine gets up to temperature and I open the water from the Brew group all the water pours out of all the heads in other words there's multiple streams of water flowing through the head. Then I will pull an espresso shot . when I go to pull the next shot I notice it's only one single stream I'm wondering why that is if there's something wrong
I ordered my espresso machine from you guys on Amazon pretty sure it was refurbished. It came dirty and had some water in it so wasn’t impressed by that. It does work well so I just cleaned the dirty parts.

your videos are very helpful, could you do a video for easiest milk frothing, like difference between standalone frothers, machines with built in auto functions? like compared to manual, which is best etc?
Hi thanks for the comment and request - will add to list. Manual frothing (if you have the skill) is the best. As it requires some skill it's not the easiest at first. But learn how and you can have your milk exactly how you want it as far as froth density and finished temperature.
Does Whole Latte Love accept trade-ins? I’d upgrade if I knew that I’d get something for my old machine.
