You tell me there isn't, already, a law against reckless driving, destruction of property, public nuance? You don't need more laws, just ENFORCE THE ONES YOU'VE GOT NOW.
Typical, “solutions” we’re going to need way more money and powers to dragnet people that may or May not be involved. Destroy constitutional protections, use surveillance and undercover tactics to stop this. Fyi it’s already illegal to drive like that, arrest those breaking the law and impound their car. That’s it.
There are laws against obstructing police, no? It'd make more sense to go after spectators based on that vs going after them for looking at the show. It just sounds backwards. "You were watching someone commit a crime so that'll be 100$ buddy." Huh? A good way to estrange your citizens from police is to fine them for the crimes of others because you're too inept to catch the ones actually committing the crimes.
Right, if you ignore that pesky constitution and those annoying civil rights... Land of the free, huh? I think a better solution would be that if you don't like it, you could just leave.
Arrested for standing on a public sidewalk committing no crime. "Land of the free"
Exactly, and it sounds crazy smh
Detroit solved this by buying a empty lot and allowing them to drift there
What good is a law that isn't enforced?

Why go after the spectators what did they besides watching the idiots who are causing the chaos!
