Looking good!!!!
Thanks!!
Great vid!!!!
Thanks!
The bumper jack base goes in the center. With that spinner on top to secure it.
Orange for the win!!
Love this channel. always look forward to watching!
Thanks!
Before you remove the backing plates make sure the parking brake is not causing the shoes to be out.
It's slowly coming together ,like the idea nothing fancy just stock stuff ,Stay safe and healthy
Have a merry Christmas and happy new year
you too!
Ss396 did me the exact same way on some floor pans for a 63 nova. I waited for ever and they kept saying they were shipping within a couple days and several months later I made them give my money back
Man I am lucky if I get to work in 50 degree weather. Most of the time its below 35 when I have time to work on my 72' Nova
78 today, I worked all day!
Check auto body specialties in middle field Connecticut.. I believe they have the patch panels you are looking for
$115 shipped for one. Too much. Thanks anyway,
Engine sounds so good!
it does!
Inside the 72 Nova it has like a switch with a black button, like if it was to start the car, or is it for the horn, is that going to stay on or are you going to eliminate it
looks like it's for the horn. Haven't got that far to check out all the wiring under the dash yet.
Glad pup n kitty are looking good....NAPA GOLD n WIXX are same filter, just for useless info lol :) The hold down hook in truck goes through big hole in middle of spare and base of jack slides down on top of hole, then the wing nut!! Hugger/Hemi Orange is gonna be sweet, with ur stripes !!!!
yes, probably on the 72 but the 78 has a different type of jack, which I mounted in the right spot.
@@clunkersandclassics yeah not sure bout 78 but 72 uses base of bumper flipped upside down. So glad you pick Hugger Orange hope you go with the rally stripes?? I think YOU TUBE is blocking any links I send .....Hope you found fender louvers. Be waitin on next video :)
The engine sounded good. Understand not wanting to pay so much for a partial quarter panel . Enjoyed the video.
Thanks!
If you don't have any use for the 68 front fenders you can cut the wheel openings out of them and make patch panels for the rear quarter panel wheel openings! They may not fit perfect but can be made to work by cutting and splicing if needed and they don't cost you a dime!
Nice work! Let's go Brandon!
Thanks!
I was taught that the first VIN digit stood for the country of origin. The ones I remember them were 1 = US, 2= Canada, 5= Mexico, J = Japan
1 chevrolet, 2 pontiac, etc, i think 6 is cadillac. a simple google search will give you the information
Put the spare in with the back facing up and you can bolt everything down without a problem.

What size are those white wall tires on your donor car?
195/14s
@@clunkersandclassics I dunno if you're willing to part with them, but I've been looking for some white walls for my 78 Datsun. I'll look to see what size are already on them tomorrow.
@@BanzoSan I used 2 for spares
Maybe somebody cloned a Pontiac Acadian n to a Nova back n day all the kids where I’m from did stuff like that LeMans n to a GTO’s Beaumont’s n to Chevelle or it’s like u said a misprint
SS clone?
probably..lol
