Because how I understand it, you need to rip off his clothes first no? and that takes 100% of your meter as well.
That costs no meter. Once you take your clothes off, you can do it any time by doing the same motion.
Seithr Esm while in Macho Maximum (butt naked), you can do the super skybound art once during that form. You dont need to have your gauge back up to 100%

@@jasonyang6150 The first attack where he stomps his foot is unblockable. If you miss that, the opponent can still block it.

No. There's nothing about him that make him top tier worthy. Corner is nice, but mid screen is incredibly underwhelming.
No, he's honestly pretty bad. Strong in the corner, but absolutely awful at midscreen.

In PSN SGD char pass is cheaper
per char = 9.90 SGD (total of 49.5 for all chars, 39.6 excluding beelz)
char pass = 38.9 SGD
But for PSN its even way more worth to buy the char pass because you won't get the promo code if you unlock beelz through RPG. I just had someone buy the DLC for me then give him the code afterwards instead of getting money from my own pocket.

whats the point of the numerical keypad for directions its just confusing when doing longer strings of combos, Quarter circle forward/back, Half Cirkle forward/back etc are easier to understand.
The point of numpad notation is it's unambiguous and language agnostic. I under stand quarter circle forward punch if you say it because we both speak english, but 236A anyone who plays a fighting game, be it in english, japanese, korean, whatever, will understand with no ambiguity. With time something like 2L > 236M makes as much sense as "Crouching Light into QFC Medium"
Using Numerical keypad is how you properly do notations. Also how they are read universally. It would not be practical to put the actual (Quarter Circle Back) symbol in the video especially in general and especially longer strings.
Not really just learn the numbers bro people from other country's dont know what quarter circle is and its harder to write in a video
