i agree, kh is a clunky mess. i'm playing the tarzan level as we speak. I guess what i enjoy so much about this one over kh2 is the exploration, puzzles, and difficulty. even though the camera in kh can suck my balls, i feel the kh2 camera takes you way out of the moment and the world because it's nearly top down. a ton of things were improved in kh2, but they were improved by changing the nature of the game. i wish they had improved what people complained about in the first game rather than ditch literally everything except the fighting. I'm just sad that kh3 is probably going to be nothing like the first one :( Kh is like magic to me, but kh2 is a "good game"

You have to run from his limit breaker attack and not get caught in it. If this guy wasn't using a cheat he would have died multiple times in this fight.

This guy was easy for me as a kid. After I found out you are supposed to change key blades, add skills and potions. Seriously I never paused the game once to read. Once I added block it was easy as shit, I still remember the pattern of his attacks echoing in my childhood.
seriously fuck this fight It never occured to me how difficult this fight was until a few days ago where i did a low level proud mode run. Being level 36 on proud mode=chip damage, no once more/second chance, three laser combo death, instant death if hit by DM, lack of AP and abilities, no duck flare (duck flare is amazing on this guy) because donald is constantly dead The last phase is the fucking worst, you can't do crap when he repeatedly shoots you with lasers and then immediately goes on to his DM without even a second of vulnerability fucking fight took over an hour with deaths

You were either lucky or planned very carefully with your drive forms. Once there is any chance for anti-form to appear, is is 100% guaranteed to happen in an Organization 13 fight.
You cant use reaction commands while in anit-form and im pretty sure that donald and goofy dissapear as well. And tbh it wasnt really tactics cause it happened randomly but I DID use it to my advantage! Anti-sora's attack and defense go WAAAAAAAAY down but his speed is off the goddamn charts. Xigbar had like a bar and a half left and I kept switching to master form ( when I had the chance cause I was trying to unlock final form at the time ) when the anti-form went off. Like I said, it made me really fast and because of that, I was able to practicaly dodge everything and claw the hell out of his face afterwards for the win ^^ lol
I will post a video on beating this guy. I can beat this guy so easily. Hes the easiest boss in the Organization. Just guard all his guns. Hit when he says ah, reload. And i mean you could, but i dont like using drive in this fight, because its hard to guard with them. When hes in berserk, just jump over his first spin move, then run in circles the rest and its cake. Im serious, ill do it on Proud mode too.

Basically, there is a calculation that calculates your chances of getting Antiform. 0-4 = 0% chance, 4-10 = 25% chance, 10-20 = 50% chance, 20+ = 100% chance. Every time you use a form, a different number is added to that meter. For example, Valor = +4, Master = +10, Anti = -4, and final form sets it to 0. So, after using Anti-form twice, the calculation's number was ~50, rather than 100.
Argh, this battle was a pain in teh ass. Only Bullet Hell I've seen worse than this was in FFVII: Dirge of Cerberus, which was a terrible game on the whole. At the same time though I wish I had saved this battle so I could do it over again just because Xigbar is my favorite Org XIII member who isn't Axel or Roxas. I love everything about him, his space-warping and gravity-leveling abilities, the fact that he uses bullets in a kid's game, the snarky attitude, the surfer dude accent despite having grey hair, the eyepatch, the gold eyes (like every other member). I even like his "Let's see how you dance" line, even though it's his most annoying attack in the battle.
Now that you mention it, I think Axel has blue eyes. I think it's because they're the most corrupted by darkness, and amber eyes are a sign of a darkness user.
Sorakeyblademaster37 Remember, Riku can also use the darkness without his eyes being amber, and the other members can as well since they can open corridors of darkness. I believe it's because a piece of Xeanort's heart is inside of these three members, influencing their appearance somewhat.

There is something odd going on with the seeding on this fight. Whenever I use a form while fighting this guy, I almost always get either Final form or shadow form.
It's not the location, it's your Keyblade. If you're using the Two Became One Keyblade, that's what happens, regardless of your location. That's its ability. 50/50 chance final form or Anti Form.
Nice fight! I would have died in the first minute. lol But one thing that I don't like about KHII is that you have to do a combo to end boss fights, even if they only need one single attack to die. x.x
How could you use the drive? When i used it i was transformed into Sora's shadow over and over in this battle...in a few tries even i could unlock the final form, but i couldnt use the forms that i wanted to use.
NeoKurane95 You can only go into the drive you want sometimes, because the game raises the chance of getting anti form a ton in this fight because it wants to make sure you have final form before endgame
Ok when you go anti you're stuck but if you continue and not go to a boss fight go to a different world which gives you drive points fast turn into a form you will get anti if not there fixed

I got hit by this guy but not as much as you did if you had took the lock on off him when he does his overlimit attack it will make it easy because when you are running in a circle you can use the right analog to turn where sora go so he cant get hit by his lasers
When the platform is small and Xigbar starts raining the bullets down at such a fast pace, I think what you're supposed to do is run around in circles to avoid it. I don't know man, I never played it myself--just saying it based on what I saw in other vids.
One other question what does sora do at that part after he hits back xigbars arrows? Like that one, two, three, then shows his butt. " Clever little sneak" * teleport* is that what sora's doing? a midair taunt? :) lol
If you look at the video from 6:52 to 7:00 he's doing that, but we're seeing it from a different angle. In that brief moment he's imitating the Sniper nobodies who also hang in the air that way.

It's pretty rare being able to hit without warp snipe when he is in his final phase. Increased speed may have helped in that case.

If you look at the video from 6:52 to 7:00 he's doing that, but we're seeing it from a different angle. In that brief moment he's imitating the Sniper nobodies who also hang in the air that way.
