I wait for the price to make a support before grabbing liquidity,but it doesn’t really work out as i always end up with low or worst no profits. How can I identify valid order blocks so I can improve my trading results?
Identifying existing supply zone before order blocks,makes it a perfect trading opportunity. But when prices break through the order block it’ll lead to a major change in trend. so look for lower time frames before placing a trade
Liquidity is very crucial as it signifies if there will be a short-term inability to satisfy debts or make agreements whole.
Supply and demand zones encompass a similar idea to the concept of supply,resistance and demand. Supply zones work in the same vein as resistance

more bigger tf candle . more effective it is..sometime in choppy market in 5 and 15 min u cant understand and might be confused .. but when u look at 2 and 1 hr chart u will see that they are either forming doji or hammer type of candle which makes in 5 and 15 a choppy market . in indian market i experienced this thing

I tried getting the direction on the 5 min like you do but just dont seem to work, need to know what the 1hr is doing cause i could be gojng short in a 1hr demand candle when the 5m is bearish

I have been doing 1 day 4 hr down to 15 min charting but looking for trades on the 2 min chart and all I mainly see is turn over no big moves (95%) then I don't use stops as I'm hawking the trades without success. Should I be staying with the 5 min chart? I'm trading options Thanks
