I AM A GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE !! and let me tell you what happens in a government office. The whole office's money related things are administered by the accountant and the head of the office alone. No other staff has any say whatsoever in those processes. All the purchasing process are done in complete mutual arrangements prior to the actual process. THERE IS COMMISSION IN EACH AND EVERY PURCHASE , LITERALLY EACH AND EVERY PURCHASE, AND I GUARANTEE, IN EVERY GOV. OFFICE AS WELL.The level of transparency even within the office is so hilarious. And the other thing, the people who are in the decision making level (ministers and political personalities) are some of the worthless bunch of people ive ever seen. Ive been on meetings with quite a few and most of them have zero knowledge on ICT, leadership, how to do something and are on the chair just because of their money, power or political connectedness. And we ? we as junior staffs, cannot do anything, even if we give them hundred good solutions to do something, they will always do what benefits them and what they think is good . Just look at this whole pandemic scene , dont they have to have some specialist doctors in the high level committee that has been set up to combat corona virus ? dont they have to have the head of Teku hospital in there at least ? NO , what they have instead ? they just have a bunch of illiterate asshole ministers who have literally no idea and no experience in these things ! The health minister has no clear idea what PPE is , for gods sake !! and we are led by these people.
THE SOLUTION ? Its high time youths who care about the nation come into civil service and politics .youths, youths who are passionate to do something , who have the courage to do something better for the nation. all i see around in civil service right now is some old people who have no energy and no passion to do anything and very few young people who are caught up in their own personal life and just want to have stability.Talking about me i'm planning to go to a rural district and lead a local level office soon. I will try my best to run it as transparent and accountable as i can. Its the most i can do.Young, energetic people should come and join civil service and politics and after 5-10 years when they get into leadership positions, they can show the others how its done ! Its the only way this is going to change , if its going to change ever, I BET !!!

i think after his parents i am the only one who can hear him for hours and hours without getting bored because every words he speak is so legit.
Problems have been there but they were individual, this time it has come collectively. Locked down has created massive problems but this time, as a whole. We are at home and we feel now someone is hungry, a DR. a nurse is at Frontline and is not well equipped, a police at street tired of works, people with hundreds of problem facing everyday. If this pandemic bring floods of pain, cries, deaths, faminity...the blame will only go to the corrupt and impotent govt. and it's party n cadre as a whole. Nepal wud not b same then.

This is somewhat our own fault when we elected uneducated & corrupted leaders. 5-6 class padne haru sabhashad, neta chan ani esta le k leadership dekhaulan ta. Sisan dai should have mentioned Mahabir Pun dai who sought active support from government for many years but decided to go on alone. His National Innovation Center is actively contributing at this time during the pandemic.
