Aye man i dont know if you got a scoot i know i am late but still 100 mil wheels come on cheaper completes and are meh if you are in budget 110 are awesome and normal and come on most scooters 120 have better balance and little more speed

N!ck Scooterz! Doesn’t seem like a good size for street. I have seen ppl that are 5’6 use 25.
I'm 5'7 and use 26 inch bars, on my mongoose rise team scooter. Try to find 28 inch tall bars, that should be a good height for you
