    Why is it that in most if not all these types of videos, everyone is squatting and working at ground level. Gosh! give these guys a table to work from.

      It's actually not that bad working siting..
      I'm guessing a cultural thing of most of Asiaiatic nations.
      As a N. American who also sit forges.
      , It's surprisingly comfortable.
      Having your tools at a short grab and overall a efficient workspace... however it raise the danger factor as the workpiece and forge are usually close... so an emergency evac is moreso of a task, than just a dodge out of the way...
